Perfect place to holiday with grown up children and girls friends ,shared the 4 bedroom apartment and great place base your self on island ( soo much better than staying in port villa!!!) Staff were so so very accommodating and helpful!!!

Warm welcome from the staff - after a day or two we felt like a family rather than paying guests. The nearby Beachbar provided excellent entertainment and a change of menu. The beach was clean and sheltered, so swimming was easy.

It would be good to have some contraption to hang the wet swim gear outside the apartment

Le personnel est adorable et le service est exceptionnel. Les activités en libre service (vélo, kayak, paddle, beach-volley, etc) sont très appréciables et en plutôt bon état. L'emplacement est top. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, servis entre la piscine et la plage.. Le resort en lui-même est suffisamment petit pour être familial, non saturé.

We were in the 4 bedroom apartment with plunge pool at the back of the resort. Excellent location of resort, right on Mele Beach, close to Beach Bar and Hideaway Island. Easy transport into Port Vila via bus stop just outside the resort. Outdoor area in our apartment was particularly lovely and comfortable, lovely to sit in private plunge pool with a glass of wine at sunset. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, beds were very comfortable. Most facilities were provided for self-catering. There was also a small shop close by in Mele Village, where basic supplies could be purchased. The free breakfast options were not extensive, but they were good size portions and very yummy. The homemade bread was delicious!!! Good value for money, we absolutely enjoyed our time here.

Apartment was a bit run down and could do with a few more homely touches. Eg Couches were grubby, there were no bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms, the outdoor bathroom was really icky, only one of the three indoor bathrooms had hot water. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped, eg only a couple of pots and pans, very little crockery, no oven trays for cooking - it made it a bit difficult to self cater. Unlike the other newer units in the resort, ours did not have a dishwasher or a coffee machine. There was a washing machine, but washing powder was not included, we had to purchase our own. Room was advertised as including an in-room safe, we couldn't find one. Door handle in the bathroom came off in my hand. It's a really nice and spacious apartment, which could be made really beautiful with a tiny bit of TLC and a few more thoughtful touches, such as some outdoor sun lounges for the private deck.

Relaxed and friendly location and people. Staff were so lovely and a pleasure to interact with. Property was well set out and very spacious. All amenities you needed on one location. Carol who drove us around was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very informative and gave us some great tips. Such a pleasure.

Internet hat nicht funktioniert --> unbedingt am Flughafen eine SIM-Karte kaufen. Frühstück ist mengenmässig sehr wenig.

The location is great, right on Mele beach and the property was very clear that the apartment we'd booked wasn't beach front, but faced the garden / bbq area so we didn't have unrealistic expectations. It's a two minute walk to the Beach Bar and the famous fire show went ahead despite a near cyclone. If the weather had been better we'd definitely have gone across to snorkel at Hideaway Island. Tanna Coffee is a short bus ride away. The staff are lovely, the complementary breakfast fine (if you're a tropical fruit fan, bring your own from the Vila markets) and the toasted cheese sammies for lunch awesome.

Sometimes noisy because this particular apartment is next to the carpark and we were woken in the middle of the night by a group arriving back.
