Never stayed at the property. I called and got some woman in England who said the property was no longer available and they would book another for me. Never heard back from them and was still charged. Had to call my credit card company. Bunch of thieves.

The cleanliness

I like the fact that I wasn’t able to stay at the property because the apparently the apartment that I booked 2 months per was given to another guess so I was able to stay there with my family of 5 I had to accept a different and a huge down grade from what I picked the host was very quick to give me a refund but it would take 7-10 days I had to get in contact with someone from the Uk that was willing to assist me and then the next location that was available was 30 minutes away from this location and I would have to find my way to that location no one offered to get a cab or taxi or to even take us there this was one of the most disturbing things the solution was a refund or figure your way out

I will NEVER recommend anyone to book or stay at any of your facilities it was the worst traveling experience i ever had and I was with my family wife and 3 kids . And your host try to fix it by wanting us stay in an apartment that they was working on dust all over the place no standards of clean I had to ask if it was a joke I will post the pictures that’s not customer service in any shape what made it more horrible is that we confirmed with our host 3 days before we arrived and she stated we were all set and we would love the experience. I typically don’t write reviews but this needed to be shared so no one else experience this

I think they’re scam artists, took my booking then sent me to an alternative apartment that cost 8 times the amount without giving me enough time to find something else, still fighting to get my money back

The way they behaved overall, booking.com have been trying since 15th March to get my £300 back but to date they have only returned 100 with £200 still outstanding

I loved the view of Kingston

Loved the balcony from the Penthouse. The quietness the location.

No elevator when traveling with baggage to the forth floor.
