Convenient location as we only spent one night in Kingston, close to the Bob Marley museum, a shop and a pitta wrap place (which was good). Parking is gated, free and there is a night security guard. (Montana car rental is a short walk). Comfy bed, bathroom clean but no toiletries provided.

The construction of a new hotel next door, work started just after 6am! The machinery was so loud and close that I actually made eye contact with the forklift driver! I reckon the work will continue for at least another 6-12 months (May 23 now).

The place is quiet and comfortable. Recently fixed. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is not included in the room price. The sockets in the room are limited. There are no electricity sockets in the bathroom.

A part from Pigeon birds under the windows and the construction next door everything was ok.

I like the fact that my request for a refrigerator in my room was facilitated and the staff didn't seem bothered by any request but they saw how they could make my stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Pleasant staff. The beds were comfortable, the cleaner asked if we would like our room to be cleaned and if fresh towels and rags are needed. The microwave is in the main dining area although it could be more fancy area it was clean. Very nice location to chill and nearby areas to purchase food. Felt secure on the property as well.

No shower curtain - just a very old crushed plastic shower curtain liner. Shower head was old - water pressure low The smell of the place was not pleasant The rooms need renovating and upgrades - very aged
