Breakfast was good, although they got the order wrong, which seems to be a theme in Jamaica, though they rectified it fairly swiftly, clean hotel. happy staff.

They had no twin rooms available to book on line, i booked a suite, and on arrival at 2.30pm was informed that no twin rooms were available, however as i had a suite, the sofa bed would be made up for the second guest. We went to the pool for a few hrs, on returning to the room, the bed still wasn't made up, i called reception and reminded them the bed needed to be made up, they said they would send someone up immediately. We got ready for dinner, and when departing, advised them that the bed still hadn't been made up, 3rd time of asking, informed them we would be going out for dinner, could they ensure that it would be done for when we returned in a couple of hrs, which they promised. We returned at 9pm, went to room, bed still not done, called reception and told them we really were not happy, we had been up since 5am, and really needed to go to bed. they assured us someone would be up within 2 mins. over half an hr later, still no sign, called reception again, the woman knew nothing of our requirement and assured, once again someone would be up. 15 mins later, now past 10pm, a male member of staff appeared and placed a sheet on the mattress, an then put a blanket folded onto the bed. I asked are you not going to supply a sheet to go on top, to sleep under, he exclaimed, what , you want another sheet? i showed him how the main bed was made up, and he went away, came back with the second sheet and put it on the bed. It took a total of 5 requests and over 8 hrs to get the bed made up. The second issue is that the Hotel advertises that it has an Airport shuttle service, which is the main reason i booked it, THEY DO NOT ! They purely call a taxi for you, which costs an additional 40 USD, which any hotel would do, although they insisted that it was an Airport Shuttle, and would not accept that it was in fact just a taxi. Beware !

The food was amazing. No matter what you order, you will love it. The room was quiet, just like I asked. The facilities are stylish and visually appealing and the staff is very kind and forthcoming. This a definite recommendation.

Helpful staff and the location was perfect for my needs.

The dress code was unusual but it didn't bother me much.

1. Friendly staff and the room was big and very clean. 2. The location is really good if you need to go to the Canadian embassy. 3. I felt very safe.

1. There is no AC in the lobby and reception so the mosquitoes are eating you there nonstop since they keep the doors / windows open. 2. There is a cellular tower next to the pool / gym and while talking on my phone I felt like my head was boiling hot.

Room was fantastic. Service was sometimes really slow in the resturant. However, overall it was a fantastic stay and the staff were really friendly.

Staff at reception was professional. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

It too a while before we could get a table to have breakfast and the waitress seem to have forgotten us after we ordered. We had to speak to another waiter to get her and we didn't get our correct orders.

Always good food and they still offer a wonderful Jamaican style breakfast. Rooms are large and have a comfortable layout for working in your room.

The breakfast buffet was not available and they closed their lobby coffee shop.

I kept itching as the linen was either dirty or the soap used caused allergic reaction. staff was not welcoming, breakfast orders took forever .

the service was not as expected as compared with previous years, mainly in the food service area. Food being served without utensils, food delivered not as requested and sometimes long wait for your meals and lack of proper dining etiquette.
