The breakfast was really nice, with lots of different things to choose from, the location was good only about 10min walk from London Bridge station and we made dinner reservations in the marco Pierre white restaurant food and service amazing

There was only air conditioning in the corridor of this hotel , the rooms was so hot making it uncomfortable to sleep, also our room we was in the bed sloped as the wheels at top of bed missing and the windows was a sliding double glazed you opened then another double glazed window even with these the room had no air flow , but the room it self was nice

The reception and check in were very professional and informative.

The breakfast was very poor value in choice and availability due to small areas for the footfall of customers and minimum supporting staff levels to replenish.

Olha eu acho que o bar precisa de um revamp. Tem 3 taps mas nenhum tinha cerveja. O espaço e pequeno tinha 4 pessoas sentadas chegue com meu filho e já não tinha espaço. Se melhorar o bar terá mais clientes

Hotel was well situated for the tube and attractions. The room was well presented and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was very disorganised. Although the quality of the food was good there were times when coffee machines would stop working and breakfast items were slow getting refilled at busy periods.

Comfortable, had everything I needed, staff were helpful and friendly, location good, and breakfast was comprehensive

Breakfast area small, and very busy at times. Perhaps it would be good to have one of those signs that inform people what busy times are so that they could maybe try to regulate themselves - ie maybe some people would try to go to breakfast at quieter times to pace it better for the staff. But personally this didn’t really impact me (as I was just one person in my breakfast party) - it was all very good overall

breakfast! was a shambles and not organised enough for the amount of guests. No plates, glasses, no tea, not even boiled water to make a cup of tea. for the money we’re charged you should at least serve tea and coffee to table.

Modern room that was clean and came with a stocked fridge. Wifi worked very well throughout the hotel which was huge for me. I spent some time in the lobby as well and the bar there was great, especially the friendly bartenders. Very convenient to be able to order food and hangout in the lobby as well.

The hotel was located close to The Shard, The Tate, the underground. There were shops & cafes/restaurants close by. Borough market was 5 minutes walk.

The staff were nice & friendly but the room could’ve been cleaner, it was really quite dusty. There is a coffee machine in the room but it hadn’t been cleaned - there was an empty pod left in there and the part that holds the water in order to make the coffee had a sticky residue on it that wiped off with finger so clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The pillows were yellow. The room was ‘cleaned’ daily except for one day when it hadn’t been and I had to find a staff member to ask for clean towels. The decor in the room very much needs updating - the paint all needs touching up and some of the grouting in the bathroom is a mess. The shower is a raindrop style and it also has another smaller shower head in there too. The smaller shower head was a bit of a state and needs replacing. The provided toiletries were lovely, they smelt amazing and left my hair so soft.

Hotel lobby was really nice, liked the ambiance. Excellent location, not too noisy. Comfy bed.

It's near everything that we wanted to see. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere comfortable, stylish and welcoming.

The room was very comfortable and so was the bathroom with a very large shower. The location was good for me as it was close to the conference I was attending, but otherwise it is not that central.

The elevators, especially one of them, are little too small and in the morning I had to wait a little time to go to breakfast, but I guess it was "rush hour"
