Keine Toilettenbürste, Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, jeden Tag alle Handtücher gewechselt. Zimmermädchen hat nicht verstanden das wir 2 Zudecken wollen, jeden Tag wieder abgedeckt und die letzen 2 Tage musste ich ohne Bezüge schlafen

The location was good

I just felt like the hotel was all over the place. Fire alarms, changing of door cards. When we arrived they gave us the smallest room for three of us even after I called and explained what we needed. The staff in the restaurant/bar are incredibly rude. It’s more of a 3 star hotel

Zimmer war anfangs nicht richtig gesaugt, Verklebungen im Bad und auf Beistelltischen, Keine Bademäntel, die Kartenzahlung war problematisch, die Rechnungen wurden gesplittet dadurch sehr unübersichtlich, Rechnungen vom Restaurant auf‘s Zimmer buchen war kompliziert, Zimmerkarten falsch kodiert

Using the pool was a benefit the next morning, bed was super comfortable.

Reception staff told us that because we "checked in late" we would have to have a special access room.

Our stay was marred by a persistently disturbing issue. We encountered a serious problem with our toilet, which got blocked in the morning. Throughout our visit, we were troubled by an annoying gargling noise emanating from the bathtub drain, which persisted every day, both during the day and night, causing disruptions to our sleep. Additionally, there was a high-frequency noise originating from the hotel plumbing system that further contributed to our discomfort. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the front desk on multiple occasions there was no resolution to the problem. This lack of action left us quite disappointed and frustrated during what was supposed to be a pleasant stay.

Asked many times(e-mails, calls) to order champagne for room( my wife’s 50th… Gave up trying …. THEN 1 hour after checking out after 2 night stay received e-mail asking…my Wife’s name so they could order a card, cake etc!! 😂😂… sweetener in room( first night) not replaced..( I am diabetic).. so none for coffee…..two waters first day one the second…called reception several times to order breakfast no answer at all…expected better

Sehr gute Lage, in der Umgebung sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken, U-Bahn-Stationen.

Speisesaal beim Frühstück sehr laut und überfüllt. Keine schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre.

The TV was not a smart TV! Had to watch terrestrial tv. Not been anywhere for years that didn’t have a smart tv The double bed was two singles so the was a crack down the middle.

I liked having the pool / whirlpool, and appreciated the fact that they found me a room slightly early given I’d flown overnight

The do not disturb signs are designed in a way that they keep slipping off of the handles, so a maid tried to enter my room and woke me up. They fell off every single day of my stay, and I saw those of other rooms on the floor. Redesigning those would be great.

Our room was so quite and dark. Allowed a good nights sleep

Shower screen that turns on and off is not really suitable for a family. Even with it on its still reasonably transparent.

The rooms were lovely and modern. The in house restaurant had a great selection of items. The hotel was conveniently located for travel into Leicester Square and the west end.

We had booked a slot for the pool. We weren’t told that we needed a separate access card for the changing rooms so that was confusing. Also the jacuzzi or ‘spa pool’ was not heated which was disappointing. Most of the lockers didn’t work even though we followed the instructions posted on the front.
