location was near to the town, rooms are clean. mostly the staff was very friendly and so helpful, and ajith was arrange our tour to the horton plains in early morning with breakfast pack and took care of our every needs even asking a single question. that was a lovely and memorable stay for us

The location is near Nuwaraeliya City Center and there are many places to eat outside. Very close to Gregory lake, Victoria park and other couple of places. Breakfast is also ok. TV Provided.
Staff not helpful. The hotel is rated as 3 star but not star class. The hotel is not maintained well. Bathrooms are clean but do not maintain well.Heaters provided upon request but not sufficient heat to heat the room. Tea/Coffee/water need to be requested time to time because hotel staff are not attended to the same. Pillows / bed sheets are also not in good quality. The floor carpet is not clean enough. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Hot water takes too long to come out (more than 5 mins after shower on). We had to ask for the toilet papers otherwise it would not be provided. No sufficient staff to cater to the guests. Toothpaste/ Toothbrush/ hair dryer and other bathroom amenities not provided as mentioned in the booking.com. Overall it seems the hotel staff is not well organised to adhere to the booking.com policies. Not recommended to the people who are looking for a beautiful comfortable place.
