The location

The appartment didn't correspond to the good looking photos on Booking.com. There was mold on ceilings of the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom had a wardrobe already damaged.

Hosts were fast to communicate and made the check-in process fast and easy. Apartment was incredibly nice for the price; it was so nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine (laundry pods provided!), and the apartment is in an excellent location (within walking distance to most restaurants/activities in Ponta Delgada), with free parking nearby (~1-5 min walk, depending on availability of parking spots) if you have a rental car. Gift basket with Azorean goodies was much appreciated! Thank you for an excellent stay. Cheers!

Great location near the city cent, easy 10 minute walk to both schools where we observed education. You could find everything you need in the apartment. The hosts brought the keys late at night because our suitcases were missing and we were stuck at the airport.

Without any kind of notice, I was ask to pay a penalty for arriving at 19:30h when my expected arrival time was 18h. I was never informed of it. Very frustrated because of the situation I complained about it a lot and they informed me they would discuss it internally and they would confirm me if this would be finally charged or not. 8 days later and I still have no clue. Room was good, but this really frustrated my experience, especially when it was not a cheap rom compared to other hotels we stayed in. Answer to the company: 1. I was asked on WhatsApp what would be my arrival time and I informed at 18h. The guy that told me to pay the penalty told me that it was based on this hour, not the 16:30h. Otherwise, based on your rules, the penalty would have been bigger. 2. I was NEVER informed there was a penalty for arriving late. 3. I was NEVER contacted again from your side either to confirm I had to pay the penalty, or to apologize for trying to make me pay for a penalty that was never informed to me. 4. The review it is fair, I had to go through a very uncomfortable conversation with the guy that showed our apartment, and also I was asked to talk to a "manager" via phone and get into a strong argue. It is a terrible welcoming experience as a customer, and this is why my review. Thanks for your time on answering my review.

We really loved the beautiful balcony facing Botanical Garden in Ponta Delgada. Washing machine even had washing powder, on the arrival there was a breakfast basket on the table, and even beach towels were provided. Apartment in in the walking distance to city center and staff ( hi Ricardo 👋) is really helpful.

it was noisy at night on the street, but it would be everywhere in the city, if you sleep with open windows, so bring your earplugs.

It had all the kitchen utilities needed, as you'd expect.

Needs a lot of improvement. 1- Horrible smell of sewage that kept us from sleeping. I don't know how local authorities leave these kinds of establishments open. We do not recommend it to anyone, because the smell is nauseating. 2 - We just arrived and were asked several times about the hour that we were leaving. A cleaning team was sent one day before our departure, at 8.24 am.They knock on the door once and were already using their key to come in. Unfortunate situation that happened twice while we were there (try to use their key to come in). Needs to have higher standards and improve customer service.

The location was very close to several restaurants and the supermarket. It is also very close to a large and beautiful garden. Sometimes the location is noisy but it was an amazing place to stay.

The apartment has a good functioning kitchen and a washing machine. They provide dish soap and washing detergent, what we noticed as quite helpful. Only very few things are missing here. Also the apartment is really well located, so that you can reach all the hotspots of the city within walking distance.

The apartment was really noisy throughout our stay. It is located next to a pretty high frequented main road. Also there is a small Cafe downstairs, where there is quite some binging at the weekends at night. The bathroom, as several others mentioned earlier, has a really bad smell, so that we couldn't leave the door open (that's quite bad for a bathroom without window). It seems we are not the first ones to do it so, as there is mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. For our personal taste, the bed was not comfortable. But that's very specific.
