I like the staff and the ambiance of the hotel.

Lits super confortables, chambres extrêmement silencieuses, tout est extrêmement propre, le restaurant est bon et abordable, le personnel est extrêmement aimable, la piscine a une incroyable vue avec douche et vestiaire, nous avons pu l'utiliser toute la journée après avoir laissé la chambre en attendant notre vol de nuit. Vraiment recommandé, hôtel exceptionnel.
Peut-être juste le fait que nous avions demandé des lits jumeaux pour mon fils et moi, mais j'ai bien comprit qu'ils nous avaient donné la chambre double car elle était plus jolie.

It’s clean and comfy and near the mall
The late check in which our room was not prepared even we arrived at 10pm and they gave us deluxe twin room instead of deluxe king room. Also second time that we got encountered cockroach on different rooms

Location is very nice, what we like most is the room, 2 rooms are connected to each other. Staff are very accommodating .
Breakfast is ok. We also love the pool, we have it for ourselves that evening.
The bathroom has a diff.smell that i needed to ask for air freshner .

The staff, very friendly and accommodating. Especially the door greeters. Always greeting us with a smile. The bed was super huge too, which was nice.
I can’t fault anything. The stay was great, the food was good. The staff were excellent, and the room was spacious.

The location was nice close to shopping metro
they were roaches in my room 😡 they didn’t reduce the price after that and thought they could just clean the room. Eventually, they moved me to a new room. I HAVE VIDEO Footage if it!! and here’s a picture of them

great location near the green hill mall. with plenty of restaurants down by the mall.

Everything was great aside from the food and food service.
Cold eggs, no bacon 🥓🤷 I also had to go down and order food the first night. The internet was down or something so ordering over the phone or using the QR Code via the website was possible.
