Lovely staff, very clean, great location close to shopping and restaurants, gym is very well equipped and larger than many hotels. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable

Pool is very small

This was our second visit to this location and it was very disappointing to see windows busted out of vehicles in the parking lot both times we stayed. There needs to be better security offered as I understand this is a common issue here. I will be looking for a safer place to stay when in Winnipeg unless the hotel can show me they have made security improvements

The service was exceptional They even provided a bath chair for the shower as I have mobility issues and need to use a walker. The breakfast included an offering of healthy items. Each day a new variety of fruits and hot items were available. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. All of the employees from front staff to the ones who cleaned the rooms met us with a smile.

Clean hotel, nice breakfast

No towels in room, when I asked for some towels as we needed to shower before leaving in an hour, they offered to bring some up in 90 minutes. When told we were needing them right away, they said they would send some up. They never sent towels, we never got to shower that morning.

Always have a fabulous stay at Hyatt House. The staff is exceptional, and the accommodations are extremely comfortable and clean. On this visit, I got a complimentary upgrade to a suite - it was a wonderful birthday surprise!

Always comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the best. We love staying here when visiting our kids in Winnipeg.

They really do everything well. The parking lot was a mess the first time we stayed there. We complained, and they fixed it immediately. They are very responsive.

The hotel has a very modern feel and was very clean. The breakfast was excellent every day and had lots of selection to match the needs of all guests. The gym facility had excellent, professional grade equipment.

The shampoo and conditioner were not replaced in the shower. The shampoo was almost empty and conditioner half empty. As much as the room was clean and smelt clean, things like this being left from previous guests makes you question what else hasn’t been freshened up or checked in the room.
