The hotel is so OUTDATED. Smelly, dirty carpet, dirty property. Noticed majority of guess appeared to be homeless, maybe this property house such individual. You had to gain access to hotel from dide entrance, which appeared to be an abandon property Not inviting at all. Bathroom sink and tub had slow drain. The sink was corrected. Inconsistencies with parking for mortorcycle.

Rooms are dated and need renovation. Some rooms have been renovated but some not. Lobby area sketchy. Area is sketchy hence room keys are needed to operate elevator.

The staff at reception were excellent. we arrived early and they upgraded our room to a suite and got it ready very quickly. They are a credit to Radisson

bed frame was hide in the bed sheet, which caused my foot hit on it and hurt!!! after I complained , terrible hotel manager said it was a normal bed frame nothing wrong with it, then I said that’s staff’s fault put the bed sheet hides the bed frame made it invisible, as a detailed high end hotel, can’t believe this Radisson can be this shameless! after hurt my foot ankle, the manager refused to take responsibility and refused to refund me! if on Airbnb I will get refund and compensation fee, but on booking,they just have nothing to deal with it! and the room was terribly smelly, full of electric shocks when I touch the furniture! don’t live there, their parking lot has no air conditioner temperature was -13 caused my car engine shut down because of the low temperature! I booked this terrible hotel just because of I wanna my car park in a warm underground parking lot! terrible! extremely bad service and management and shameless denying, can’t believe this is Radisson , shame on you.

Recommended if you are in winnipeg. The view of city from rooms is good , Starbucks on ground floor , they don't have lobby but rooms are very comfortable and justify the price.

Breakfast should have been included in the price . Tea sachets in the room / microwave

no fitted sheets on bed, shower had mold in it, our phone did not work at all and when we notified staff none of the issues were resolved nor did anyone even offer to resolve them.
