breakfast was a little skimpy (no bacon - very little scrambled eggs and potatoes). Having said that there were a lot of kids attending your hotel and they can eat lots when favourites are served. Apso we could just have chosen a bad time to eat.

Omelet made especially for me by a very friendly chef was delicious. The hot breakfast was more than I could hope for and started my day with a bang!

Room had a “dirty socks” odour to it. The only other negative thing was a lack of information regarding food, entertainment in the area. Great shower and super comfortable bed.

Our room was large and clean, it allowed our 3 year old space to move about. The staff were friendly and helpful.

been their last Monday August 7, my kids love it, I liked everything in this hotel, spacious, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, pool. Awesome place! were surely be back next year! From Saskatoon

washroom is a bit small. tired of eating Canadian breakfast, try some other breakfast like asian, specially if you booked (other)hotels consistent for 2 weeks.

Some of the staff were extremely impolite and inhospitable. Would have been nice to show some empathy about the power outage that significantly impacted our stay. I also didn't like that we were charged almost 65 dollars in "taxes" for the two nights that we stayed (our rate was approximately 370 CAD for two nights). I felt it was not stated clearly and I'm unsure if this is an issue with booking.com or the hotel or the province. Either way, it would have been no problem at all had the staff been more patient (and professional) explaining these fees to me.

Good location, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, everything was clean. Great breakfast

I found the water pressure was horrible, especially for the shower

The cheerful, enormously energetic way that staff greeted, informed, and assisted guests. The creativity in presentation of excellent food, and in providing extras such as the hot wings competition! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

"Didn't like" is too strong, but...the microwave in my room was set very low to the ground. I am mobility compromised, and getting down to that level and reading the buttons was next to impossible. I did not actually require the microwave but noted this difficulty!

Very clean and well kept. Modern and comfortable

The pull out couch is not desirable at all and makes the stay uncomfortable for those guests who have try to sleep on it! It’s to bad hotels can’t just accommodate an extra regular bed for larger families
