Filthy place, dirty bed sheets and pillows with pubic hair. Rats and cockroaches.left in few hours, even after paying 2 days adv tariff. Terrible.

We went there me and my girlfriend this time they took a lot more money from me I paid thousand taka for room rent in ration stock. I booked the room for Rs 462 on booking.com They completely ignored the booking made from booking.com

Ise khara hitel maine apni life me nahi dekha. Hotel oyo se buk kiya tha. I reached hotel at 8:00pm. Hotel manager demand RTPCR report of 72 hours. After that he cancelled the hotel booking. We have not any option and paid Rs 2000 for worst roon. Not a single facilty. OYO is also responsible for such type of booking. I will never book hotel througg OYO they are cheater. Cheater hotel people nd service provider OYO also. Better search other options.

Sir simga Hotel tell me after 10 o clock no on line booking but at the time of booking I mentioned it that I will come at 22 :30 than you take the booking so I stay in another place so please return the booking amount as early as possible

Nothing to like. In fact it was my worst experience ever. Both oyo as a facilitator & the hotel as service provider are completely unprofessional.

Oyo do not provide hotel contact no. Even after calling customer support & holding for 15 min could not connect hotel. There was no mention about no check in after 10 pm. I mentioned my reaching time, there was no reply on that. When reached at midnight hotel refused to give me entry. As there was no option available at that point except spending night on road, I had to litterly beg to the guy called kuntal majumder & pay him Rs 1100 without bill just to allow me till next morning. Indian culture says "Atithi Deba Bhaba" meaning guest are equivelant to god, where as the hotel guy was treating me like a street dog & not at all bothered where will I go with luggage at mid night when there was no alternative available at that point. Tried to call OYO but no one picks up. Do you think I will ever think again booking with OYO?

Person at the reception counter was insisting on RTPCR test report for providing the room. Person was telling me that if I request the room I should pay Rs. 1200/-. I left the hotel and took room at Howrah Railway Station where the RTPCR test report was not required.
