Value for money good. Room pleasant.

Noise from traffic but the location is good if you are driving so depends what you need.

Room was nice. It was all very clean. Shower was lovely and hot and very powerful.

Could have done with a hand towel. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. A side plate was provided for the help yourself cooked breakfast which was just sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and tasteless beans. No vegetables (mushrooms/tomatoes) There was no fruit except a couple of manky bananas. No real option for healthy eating with no fruit/veg the yoghurt was lovely and creamy but no low fat option. No drinking water only hot water.

1. Free breakfast. 2. Easy to find, just on a big road. (But this although brings a drawback: some noise of traffic.) 3. The surrounding was peaceful.

1. The room was really dark, even with some light. 2. The room was relatively small, and although it offered a table not there was no chair. But it's ok for just one night. 3. The WIFI quality was bad, sometimes my devices suddendly disconnected or couldn't surf the internet.

Excellent breakfast

Clean bedding and towels. Quiet rear of the house room overlooking the garden. Good breakfast. 3 beds available on suite.

Would be nice if breakfast could finish a little later.

The room was fine, the bed was clean & comfy enough, water hot. The basic breakfast was, lets just say nothing was cooked fresh, neither was the tea or coffee, though the choice was OK. Though on a busy main road, the noise was not an issue.

Our room had shower at bottom of bed & toilet along the corridor.

Staff were friendly room was cosy.

Free easy parking. Close to the city centre and Fosse Park but quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good facilities including tea and coffee making in the room and a lounge.
