Absolutely fantastic family villa! The host Ladi was most accommodating for me and my family, nothing was too much hassle and was always just a message away. The facilities were brilliant, large living space, a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely sized pool. Views were beautiful especially on the roof terrace. Pissouri bay was a short drive away with a few lovely bars and restaurants as well as a stunning hand made jewellery shop.

It wasn’t “Luxury” as promoted. The beds weren’t made up and the linen wasn’t even ironed. The TV’s weren’t plugged in and not set up and were set to Russian! Nothing was useable & one TV wasn’t connected to anything in the main sitting area. Kitchen was disorganised with stuff everywhere and not clean. WC seats were loose and water pump failed causing a flood! Bad limescale issues adding to WC woes. Sunbeds need replacing, grouting and tiling stuff left outside and in showers. Area outside complex filthy and derelict quad bikes abandoned.

The location of this property is exceptional with beaches and walking/running trails right outside the home. There is maximum privacy and tranquility. The home has a very well-equipped kitchen with a vast array of appliances and utensils The home is spacious and functional yet cozy and comfortable.

View and Pool

Huge Cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom was incredibly off putting. Unprofessional response from owner lacking any empathy when brought to his attention - did nothing despite saying it should have been raised earlier. Approach to property was unsightly with smashed cars and dumped building debris. All curtains let light in so children cant sleep easily until 8pm and wake at 5am. Vacuum cleaner on site was old and faulty so cant clean. Pool cleaner repeatedly left garden gates open which potentially could have allowed my young child to wander out over a vertical cliff edge and turned up 3 times unannounced allowing us minimal privacy. Bed linen mismatched and not double bed appropriate. A/C on timers means having to wake every 4 hours to turn on again.

Quiet location, amazing views, excellent facilities - everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
