I liked the property because it was very quite in a private road, and in easy walking distance to the village and the beach, the owner Perry is very friendly and has a nice restaurant in the village.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no sun umbrellas or cover on the pergola, without these there was no cover from the hot sun, I did ask Perry the owner on several occasions he did say ok Tomorrow!!..... but Tomorrow never came. also when we arrived the pool needed to be cleaned, I couldn’t use it for about three days, but this was fixed for us.

The villa was very well equipped and comfortable. Spacious, Aircon in every room, bright and airy.

Pool was a little tired but the kids had lots of fun.

Great location, good facilities, comfy, easily accessible.

Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. Couldn’t use some of the chairs by the pool. Outside area was untidy (old/broken items lying about. for example old chairs). some of the light bulbs in the living area weren’t working. Lack of communication from the host until the day of arrival. didn’t answer questions made online.

Unfortunately the kitchen was absolutely filthy, doors unable to lock, ants, unusable pots and pans, kettle thick with limescale, hole in towel, cloudy pool with a thick layer of scum, broken garden furniture and untidy garden. The only reason we didn't walk out was because the bedrooms (other than under the bed which i discovered as we were leaving checking that we'd not left anything behind) and bathroom were clean. With a deep clean this would be a lovely house, it was such a shame!

The Villa was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was clean and plenty of loungers to enjoy the sun. Supermarket is a ten minute drive away and had everything I needed. The staff were always at the end of the phone if I had any issues. Will definitely stay again.
