Clean space n comfortable.
I booked for 3 but when i arrived the booking was for 2 pax. Reception asked to pay extra for another pax.. not happy with the booking system. I wanted to cancel and make another booking but was not allowed to do so. . Afterall is not my fault. End up paying extra!

The place is newly renovated and we didn't expect the room to exceed our expectation. Its bright and has a restful environment especially when we were looking through the veranda where a glimpse of the snow capped mountain can be seen from our window

couldnt fill jug over sink, sink too shallow, had to use a cup to put more water in jug. electric blanket wasnt warm enough even tho I had it on high for an hour.

It was very easy to find. We were quite late so didn't meet the staff until the morning. It was everything we would ask for. Thoroughly recommended.

Great communication with the owner, easy and flexible check in, comfy beds and pillows, everything is super clean and aircon warms the room well. You also get your own parking space in front of your door. The owner Cynthia also went that extra mile to help me post the item I left behind. Thank you!
I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Lake Tekapo and around. Great value for money comparing to staying in the Lake Tekapo region.

great location - easy walking distance of the high street. Very clean. good size room, with covered allocated parking right outside. Lovely little private garden space at rear. Staff were fabulous.
Only a couple of tiny niggles: only mirror was in bathroom, but nowhere to plug in the hairdryer. Only tap was in bathroom and kettle too big to fit under it.
