The location, room size is more than meets the eye.. This big a room is not avlbl in any hotel in siliguri..... The service is exceptional..... Tick marks on all counts

I'm sure this'll be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Siliguri. The room was large with modern furniture, and well-lit. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The in-house restaurant serves an amply selection of good food also at other times, giving hotel guests a 10% discount. The location is fairly central and on a main road. The staff was competent and helpful.
Nothing, except maybe that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit higher.

Worst hotel to stay with Family .they will charge you for bed sheet cleaning 2500 extra and keep on disturbing. They will torture you through out you stay.

The rooms have cigratte smoke smell and the hotel did not have no smoking rooms. Also the extra bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable
