Not a hygiene and clean hotel, no air circulation in room.

This was walkable distance to the Golden fort. The support staff were very helpful. Chirag was helpful in coordinating and arranging desert safari and guides for local visits.

We had great experience staying in the haveli . The room is a good and spacious one with all necessary amenities required. The owner/caretaker was very helpful in arranging our travel to tanot and longewala highly recommended cleaning standard is very good. Worth to spent money here,good service as well. NR by fort walking distance.

Excellent location near railway station n fort. The rooms were spacious n bed was comfy. Hot running water n great water pressure. The service was excellent and staff was curteous. The owner Mr. Chirag was very accommodating and provided us all the details of jaisalmer and surrounding areas. Excellent rooftop restaurant with great vista of Fort. The breakfast was scrumptious and fulfilling. Few moments which made our stay more memorable -We reached late in the night n even though kitchen was closed, the staff prepared ginger tea for us. - we were on budget and wanted to visit desert, Mr. Chirag, the owner helped to arrange the bike and camp for nightstay. Overall we are highly satisfied.

Close to all the landmarks. I walked to all of them. Very courteous, polite and accomodative staff. Rooftop restaurant also has a great fort view.

Only location, price and support from owner

1. Rooms are small. 2. Bathrooms are not well maintained. One room given to us was stinking badly..bad smell from toilet. Leaking jet sprays. 3. Surrounding outside hotel was bad, very raw road with dust and litter. 4. No wardrobes in some room. If you have 2 bags, ur room is filled almost. 5. No room service. 6. Lot of noise from outside, dogs barking, ajans, , bhajans starting whenever they want in morning, neighbours playing music in the night. - no sound proof rooms. 7. We booked this room post reading the reviews, mainly believing the reviews from foreigners stayed in this property ..not sure how they rated it.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected very nice.

Restaurant: impossible that I paid for 3 fruit salads more than the price of 2 NIGHTS in the hotel. Ok that people need money because of this COVID situation..but the price that I paid was insane (in 4 months in India, I have never found a 4/5 hotels with that price for a fruit salad...and it was nothing special, maybe one banana, 1 mango and a bit of pomegranate...and papaya of course, the cheapest fruit even if I asked to remove it). And after I started to complain, they wanted give me money back...so there was something strange I suppose, but of course I didn't accept the money. I advice everybosy to eat outside, there are lot of restaurants, for sure much more cheaper and yummy

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.
