Good location, hospitable staff. Rooms need a bit of upgradation. Fantastic value for money

room phones dont work, window AC had a gap above so would not cool well. chairs in rooms need upholstery. A larger soap and some shampoo sachets would help. Lift did not work

The staff at the reception was too rude and acted as if the customers did not matter to her much.

Right from check-in to the check out process everything was smoothly handled by the staff. The room was clean and I had got a garden facing room. All Thanks to Ms. Riya (who has the knack to ensure top customer satisfaction) for helping me out with the same and making sure that all the needs were met quickly. The food was also really good and quite filling for a single traveler (the portions are apt for couple travelers). Must try their Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken. Its Yummm. I would also like to Thank Shubham and Jagdish for helping me with everything during my stay. Definitely worth visiting.

Wifi was a bit spotty at times.

The location was calm. The hotel representatives had a soft nature. They answered each and every query. The stay was wonderful.
