It‘s a pittoresque renovated old farm house with many lovely details. The host was very friendly an provided us with regional food and whine. We had the first floor and the basement, the pool with its large patio was great, always clean and illuminted at night.

Really nearly nothing, but perhaps on should know that the two bedrooms are side by side, so when the kids should sleep the parents had to be quiet (or outside). The bed though nice and antique is quite small and noisy.

Loved absolutely everything. It was our first visit to Portugal. Helder, the host was amazing! He went over and above our expectations, collected us at the Airport and took us a tour of this lovely village, showing us nice places to eat, shop etc. He then took us down around Villamoura, and showed us the beautiful Marina. Once we made it back to to villa he took the time to show us around and how to use the appliances etc. He also went to the bother of providing a 'Welcome Pack' which consisted of ham, cheese, bread, beer, water, wine and little cakes which were delicious. The villa itself is quite big with a stunning patio and pool. It's very quiet, which was just what we were after. It's very authentic with beautiful old furniture and gorgeous paintings which were painted by Helders wife.

I didn't like that we only booked a week hahahaha WE LOVED EVERYTHING ❤️

We liked the location, the pool was a Godsend during those hot days and the light meal that was provided upon arrival was an excellent touch.

We didn't like that there wasn't a handrail to get in and out of the pool. When we mentioned it to the owner, he assured us that there would be one installed ASAP

We had a wonderful time, and what a beautiful apartment! We stayed on the 1st floor, with a beautiful authentic entrance. The rooms were nicely furnished, great beds, and clean. A huge bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you need. We both tried the pools, since we were the only guests for a short period, and we enjoyed them a lot. Thank you so much Helder, for all your help and your kindness.

Excellent accommodation within easy distance of the coast. Toiletries and basic kitchen supplies were included.

Everything was excellent. We were in the upstairs apartment - the stairs to the swimming pool would not suit those with mobility issues.

We loved the authentic Portugese holiday villa in the quant village of Boliqueime. Helder is a wonderful and engaging host and provided local treats (bear, cheese, bread and more) upon our arrival. The villa (1st floor) is spacious with great views, and your own pool! I loved watching the wind blowing in the tree and the birds chirping from our bed, and hearing the church bell every half an hour. The linen, including swimming towels were fresh and spotless. The espresso coffee maker was a winner. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is available in the street in front of the villa most of the time.

The villa is really suited to sleep 4 people comfortably. The 5th sleeping option, a single seater that doubles as a bed, is not that comfortable but can work for a child. Fortunately we were 4 people. The steep steps down to the swimming pool may not be everybody's cup of tea.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Helder Jácome's property. He made us feel very welcome and left us delicious bread, cheese, and wine. We were accommodated for a late check-in as our flight arrived around 9pm. The property has everything we needed for our week long stay. Everything was immaculately clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with a lovely view of the meadow. The heaters warmed up the rooms brilliantly for when it was a bit cold outside. The bathroom, washing and cooking facilities were all excellent with hot water available at all times. There was a lovely view of the sea from the kitchen and balcony/patio. The property has been decorated in a beautiful, authentic style. We had no issues parking on the street near the front door. The swimming pool was clean. Every destination in the Algarve was possible on a day trip, and every night, we looked forward to returning to the beautiful and comfortable property. There were lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had an amazing stay here and would certainly stay again next time we visit the Algarve. Thank you so much, Helder Jácome! 😊
