Nuestra hermosa casa tiene 4 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños y capacidad para 8 personas. Construida en 2004, tiene techos amplios de 10 pies, puertas francesas, balcones, 3 chimeneas, pasillos arqueados, wifi gratuito y varios televisores + reproductores de DVD. El amplio patio al aire libre con barbacoa, mesa de ping pong, fogata, comedor al aire libre y jacuzzi en el suelo ofrece la oportunidad de entretenimiento familiar o relajación tranquila.
El dormitorio principal tiene una lujosa cama California King, chimenea, TV y un balcón con zona de estar. El baño tiene una bañera grande, ducha doble y vestidor.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y TV.

This house was perfect for our family trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was also close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close to beach, less than a block away. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas available.
Amenities are close by - CVS, Grocery Store, eateries, etc). Lots of quick places to eat (cafe, tacos, bar) within walking distance.
Property was awesome, super clean and comfortable. Roomy and everyone had their privacy and space.
Washer/dryer a plus. Hot Tub was highlight for the group.
We enjoyed staying at this home! Would definitely recommend.

First, Julia was a pleasure to work with and the communication exchanges were always top notch. We were a three generation family of eight, ages from 3 to 75, and the home was perfect for us - spacious, beautifully furnished, countless little touches, abundant recreational options (bikes, boards, games, etc.), and a short walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen was great (we are foodies to a fault). The garage was useful but most of the time we found spots on the street in front of the house. The outdoor patio was a great family hangout and BBQ area. In sum, whenever we return to the area, this house will be our first choice.

This property was so nice! My family loved the house. There is a detached cabana on the property that is easily missed in the details of the property. My In-laws really enjoyed it because it was on the ground level and they aren't as stair savy as they used to be! Julia was a great host and very responsive. There were a ton of beach items that were helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a marvelous time at this property. The best equipped kitchen I have experienced in over 30 rentals, The house is very close to the beach and it is easy to get to all of the great attractions in the San Diego area. Only drawback to location is the lack of a reasonably priced grocery store. Of course, it is La Jolla!

All rooms and the property itself was even better than the pictures. Our group of 5 adults used all the amenities. We loved the courtyard space, firepit, grill and hottub. Short walk to the beach which we enjoyed one day too. And not too far to walk into town to restaurants if you are up for a nice stroll. Our party was here to join my daughter to wedding dress shop and we were successful in that objective while having great space in Julia's home to relax together ( or apart ), cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen or grill and enjoy the outside patio. Great and clear communication from Julia. Would highly recommend this home to others and would stay here again.

This is an amazing property! The house is very clean, well appointed and roomy. It is 1/2 block to the beach and well located to all the things available in the SanDiego/LaJolla area. We stayed for a family wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. I can’t recommend this property enough.

So close to the beach but yet with so much space. From hot tub to ping pong table everything for a fun family beach week. The house does feel bigger than the pictures let on. Julia was on top all communications and was very responsive. I would absolutely book this house again.

We were in LaJolla for a family wedding. There were 7 adults in our group. We were so thrilled with everything this property had to offer from its large rooms to its amazing outdoor spaces. The pictures do not do this property justice. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There was so much room that if you wanted to socialize with the group or go off on your own and read a book you could comfortably do this. The property was immaculate and you couldn't ask for a better location. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to great restaurants. If you choose not to walk it's a short uber/lyft ride into downtown LaJolla. We would love to return next time we are in beautiful LaJolla.

This is a truly wonderful home in the perfect location with a gracious host. We truly loved everything about this vrbo. We are a family of five and we have rented countless vrbos around the country and this may forever be one of our favorites. The layout was perfect for us and the hot tub was awesome. Very close to the village and a quick walk to the water. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing property in all respects...This place has it all! The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to the beach or to any number of stores/restaurants. Having the garage to park in behind the house was perfect as street parking is at a premium. The house itself is extremely well appointed. I can't think of a thing that we wanted/needed that wasn't there. The courtyard and hot tub are the perfect place to relax after sight seeing all day. This part of Southern California is a must see and this property is the perfect home base to do it from.

My family just stayed 3 night at this property in La Jolla. We were happy to have an amazing sunny weekend and has happy to get out on the Portland rain. The host was amazing and direction on how to operate the fire pit and hot tub where available. Close walk to the beach quite neighborhood. The master bedroom is so large. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. We went a lot of time just enjoying the lovely courtyard. We used the bikes and it was an easy walk to a local coffee shop. We will book this lovely house in the future.

It's one of the best vacation rentals! A few of the highlights of the house: location at Windandsea Beach, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, well stocked (Kleenex are so rare with rentals these days). This is our second stay at the house. Our family had a wonderful time!

The house was better than expected and was exactly what we needed for our family of 8. We were in La Jolla for a wedding and the location was ideal. There home was well appointed and supplied with what we needed. We didn’t need the bikes or beach gear that were provided, but they were there and ready to. I would say that it had the best kitchen of any vacation rental that we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you and we will look forward to staying there again!

We had the best vacation in La Jolla at Julia' s house. The location is perfect to walk to Windansea beach in a few minutes and in September the beach is empty. The house had everything we needed for cooking inside with the double ovens or outside with the gas BBQ. The kitchen/tv room was a great place to hang out. We slept great in the spacious master bedroom too. Having a garage in the area is a huge plus. Thanks again for a fabulous vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. A perfect set up for a get away with our young adults. Julia was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay in La Jolla. The location allowed our multigenerational family to relax and spend time together for our daughter’s college graduation. It was nice at night to sit outside in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience in La Jolla at this VRBO. They had everything we could have possibly needed, the house was a perfect layout for our family, and it was walking distance to the beach. It is also a 4-5 minute drive from everything La Jolla has to offer. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
