Should be in Bold "Shared Apartment" No where on the listing of the property does it say it is a SHARED apartment when I was at the facility a few years back I did not share it with anyone. Needed maintenance shower head (Leaked and sprayed poorly), shower drained slow (standing in water),shower enclosure leaked causing bathroom floor to be soaked. Mosquitos were out of control

The water at the property is brown in colour. I had to buy bottled water to use in the kitchen and in the bathroom to brush my teeth. Then on 30th August, the host wanted me to leave the apartment and put me up in another because she had got a booking of a big family that wanted the entire apartment. I was in shock and refused to move because I had paid to stay here. That was so unprofessional. I actually couldn’t believe what was happening. Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms. The rooms have no balcony and are smaller than they appear on booking.com which is false advertising.

The room was big and the location was good.

The second day they moved our stuff to other room without asking us. The towels smell bad. The room have a lot of mosquitos. The walls have death mosquitos which mean they don't clean them, not even in the bathroom. The mattress was uneven.

The location was nice. I chose it specifically because of closeness to where I wanted to go.

I paid for a shared apartment but was given a room only with no access to living room or kitchen. This was not what I booked for and I could not make any changes to find another option after I arrived.

The start was made most welcoming by the manager whose name I forget(!) The location is very nice not far from upbeat Westlands things to do .. I'd consider it again!

The initial reception at the security gate left a little to be desired but that overcome by the lovely manager it made our stay very nice

I did not like the bathroom. The water from the shower could not be set which made it overflow. Also the bathroom area smelled. It's a shared apartment. You only book a room in the apartment which was OK for me for 1 day. For the location you need an Uber but you need it anyway for most places in Nairobi.
