7 adults had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room for family meals and time together. All 4 bedrooms had comfortable beds and easy access to the bathrooms. Great home base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Great hikes near Kanab, too.

We chose this home because it’s proximity to the North Rim, Zion and Bryce. It was very comfortable for our 3 generation family. We had an issue with the plumbing late at night and the hosts were very responsive and had someone out to fix it asap. The hosts left a nice binder of suggestions to do in the area and we enjoyed putting a puzzle together on a rainy afternoon. We would stay there again.

Beautiful house and beds are super cozy. An issue arose that needs attention. The house is advertised has having a secure yard for dogs; however the gate by the dumpsters doesn’t close properly and our small dog was able to get out. Otherwise everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

I have rented this house every time I stay in Kanab. It has an open concept for the living area, a beautiful deck in the backyard. A large backyard. We all love to cook, and it has everything we need to prepare meals including a barbecue propane grill in the back yard.
The beds are very comfortable.

Home was in the ideal location. We were able to walk uptown for dinner and also had quick access to the Kanab Center, which is were we needed to meet each morning for our 3 day riding adventure during the Kanab ATV Jamboree. Parking was perfect for trucks pulling trailers. We enjoyed the front patio and back patio and even played a little bocce ball in the backyard, which we brought with us.

This house was amazing! Plenty of room for kids and dogs. We spent a lot of time outside on the porch and in the yard. The location was great, close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. The owner has great communication as well and was very easy to get ahold of. We will be staying here on our next trip!!

Other than the very annoying barking dogs immediately outside the kitchen door, this place is fabulous. Great back yard, functional kitchen, great bed/bath options. Highly recommend!

Stayed for Grand Circle Trailfest. The home is walking distance to the event festival at the town park which was a huge plus. It is clean and well-updated and we had a fabulous stay! The owner is extremely fast in responding to any messages and a pleasure to work with.

The house was clean and very well stocked. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place. We did not bring a dog due to the travel and heat but the yard is great for pets. My sister was very moved after visiting the pet sanctuary and was told there is a six-month waiting list to volunteer. The king beds are big and very comfortable and we had no problem with sleeping eight adults. We enjoyed evening meals on the deck after a day of hiking Zion, Bryce and other parks. We would definitely book this place again. The house was great and Kanab is a very nice place to visit with plenty to do.

This was a perfect home base for our month of excursions around Kanab. So many day trips in this area. Kanab itself is a gem and we loved eating out at the restaurants in town. The yard and deck are beautiful and we grilled often. The home is well equipped and comfy.

Gateway to Great Hiking
The house was comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. We loved how we could keep the vehicle at the house and walk the short distance to town to grab a bite to eat. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our pups!

Such a cute house in a great central location!!
This darling home slept 8 of us along with having the parking capacity for 4 trucks hauling side by side machines!! Beds & pillow were especially comfortable! The showers had very good water pressure, it was clean & had enough seating for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!

This property was an excellent base camp for my hiking tirp with a friend and our two pups. Nice yard, quiet location, very near SQUAW TRAIL out of Kanab (walking distance, if you so desired.) We only utilized the upstairs rooms and bathroom so I cannot speak to what it would be like to stay in the basement rooms. Easy to load in the house all your gear, and the kitchen is tidy compact with full oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator that works well. The upstairs rooms had light, comfortable seating for evening rest, and a nice backyard for post hike stretching. We also were treated to the moon rise over the red hills right out the back door.

Beautiful home!
Ginger's property was wonderful! King sized bed was firm + uber comfy. Our dog loved the large fenced in back yard. Ginger was fantastic when we had a problem + her management company was top notch. We highly recommend her home and can't wait to return!

Great Location
Serenity is a great place to stay in Kanab. It is within walking distance of downtown and an easy drive to a lot of different places to explore. The beds are extremely comfortable too.

The house had everything that we needed -a huge yard for our dogs, comfortable beds a clean environment, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen as far as plates and pans and utensils etc.. very quiet neighborhood very residential awesome views!! We would definitely come back again on future trips!!

Comfortable home
Owner sent out information about the property and check in before hand. Very simple and convenient process. The house was clean and nice. The beds are very comfortable and the back yard is fully fenced and beautiful. We didn’t spend too much time in the home, except for nights at the house, as we were exploring the beautiful country that surrounds Kanab during our days! Thanks again

We have rented this house 3 times and will do so again. The open concept and the beautiful back yard make for a great vacation. The location is very close to town so you can walk almost anywhere.

Great Location for Grand Circle Trailfest!
8 Adults stayed here while we participated in the Grand Circle Trailfest that was based out of the Jacob Hamlin Kanab Park, which is just a few blocks away. The beds were comfy after trail running each day - 3 days in a row - along with hot showers and room for us all to relax! Thank you!

Very last minute that manager facilitated (contact Thurs 3 PM, confirmed deal 6 PM) for Friday check-in. As pictured with beautiful grass in fenced backyard for our 2 dogs. Kanab is dog friendly. Everything was working fine, beds cozy and comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet.

There were seven of us that stayed at the property. We found the property and location to be excellent. The backyard was a big hit with the family, especially the three year old. It was a very comfortable stay.

A perfect stay for families
The house was perfectly appointed , comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our family of 6 travelled throughout our days in and near Kanab and we were excited each night to go back to 'our house' to refresh and relax. The shower and laundry facilities were amazing and the porch was a fantastic place to end our days. The area could not be cuter and we were appreciative of the book with recommendations for where to eat and shop. Loved this home and if we are ever back in the area, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to call home while enjoying all that Southern Utah has to offer
Loved it. We’ll stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens, walking distance to shops/restaurants/hikes, and wonderful shaded back yard. The host was very responsive and had a lot helpful information in a binder at the house as well. We appreciated that soaps, laundry and dish washing detergents were provided. Thank you so much.
