great location, easy shopping and restaurants within walking distance, grocery store one block away.. saw wholes from the balcony, unit was clean and looked to be recently remodeled..

Location location location!!

Location was fantastic. Very close to many restaurants and sights. The condo has been remodeled since the photos online were taken. Everything but the shower appears to have been updated.

The air conditioner seemed to be preprogrammed and nothing we did would over ride the presets. It kept turning off and the condo would get warm. The only thing that saved us is we are from Texas and are accustomed to heat.

The property is steps from the water. Super nice beach with easy access.

Parking is strange. Small lot, with no numbered spaces. You find your own spot. For a condo it’s kinda small for the price. The bedroom is in the front next to the door vs being close to the windows to the beach. The bathroom is kinda old and dingy. For a place with a cleaning service it was not throughly cleaned when we arrived.

We've traveled a lot - around much of the world, and this was one of our most favorite places we've ever stayed. You walk out of the unit, across the condo's lawn, and you're on a beautiful beach. Really great for sunsets. During whale season you may see whales from your balcony. We met many guest that have been coming back to this place year after year, after year. ... and we understand why. We highly recommend this place.

The bed had a very, very soft foam materess. It was difficult to get used to and caused us to loose a bit sleep. Also, the only table is outside on the well-covered patio facing the ocean. This place was so fantastic, otherwise, that we'd still stay here again, and again, and again.

I was very satisfied with the property.

The proximity to the private beach was nice. The balcony over the ocean was very nice. We ate dinner or breakfast on the balcony every day. The view of the sunset over the western part of the island and the water everyday was beautiful.

We had a cockroach problem. The first night we were there we were exhausted and just dumped our stuff and crashed. The second day we tried to make some food but when we pulled open the utensil drawer cockroaches scattered and ran for the back of the drawer. We told the owner expecting them to send an exterminator or something but all they did was drop off a bottle of raid. We sprayed a perimeter to the kitchen and sprayed that one drawer but it didn't really do anything. We either avoided that drawer or spent the rest of the time trying to kill the cockroaches when they came out. The room looked clean to us and we didn't leave any food out so maybe it is a gross neighbor that is causing the problem we don't know but we were unsatisfied with how the host handled it. They told us they would take care of it but "taking care of it" meant just dropping off a bottle of raid and letting us fend for ourselves with no offer of a discount or other compensation. Would not stay again.

Clean and well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony to have a lovely sea view and incredible sunsets. Pretty little pool to have a swim after a nice journey. Sun umbrella, beach chairs available.

Carpets are old and used, and give a bit a dirty impression (although the staff cleaned well before or arrival). Bedroom was next to the stairways to reach the other apartments, therefore at certain times a bit noisy and bright (light enters easily). Bad timing and not a general issue, but during our stay, they were renovating the apartment next to us - therefore pretty noisy on some days.

Great view from third floor! Located on the water!

NO elevator. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs several times a day which wore out aging body. Safe in room was broken. Front door was not closed/locked when we first walked into our room. You really had to pull on the door to make sure it latched shut.

Loved the almost private beach and the close by restaurants and shopping. The condo was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and close to everything

The AC didn’t send enough air to the bedroom but with the extra fan we were comfortable
