Espaçoso e muito próximo da Gare Central, mercados e outros serviços e comércio em geral.
Faltaram alguns utensilios na cozinha como panelas e formas. Há um pouco de barulho externo que pode ser amenizado com o fechamento das janelas.

The apartment was well-appointed enough, albeit quite stuffy and humid upon arrival. Beds are smaller than pictured.
We booked this place for the parking but that was a very bad idea.
We booked this place particularly for the parking. The parking instructions and keys had been mixed up with another apartment, so our car was trapped between a gate and a car elevator in sub-freezing temperatures - for OVER TWO HOURS.
Messaging back & forth with the host and calling him was 0% helpful. After one hour, the solution was still: 'use the key we provided'. The host still did not believe us they had mixed up their keys and the conversation went round and round.
Only after 1hr15min of discussion did he bother to send anyone to help us - but we would have to wait another 45min! Our car was trapped for over two hours, no way of escape, in under 0deg Celsius and in the pitch black dark.
We asked for compensation but the host deemed no compensation necessary.
The apartment is owned by a realtor company, not a family.

Het appartement was ruim en lekker warm.
Er zat een dikke laag schimmel in de keukenkastjes en dat stonk. Ook op andere plaats schimmel- en vochtvlekken. De matrassen waren hard. De inrichting was armoedig: geen deuren in de kleerkasten, een oude glazen deur als tafelblad, een kapotte stoel, banken met een extra bekleding (om de versleten bekleding te verhullen), een tv zonder aansluiting op de kabel en met slechts één streamingsdienst.

The flat is spacious, the beds are not bad. Its location is convenient as it is practically in the city center of Luxembourg. Parking included.
We did the check-in on time, yet a custodian was still cleaning the flat. Nothing to blame on the worker, since I presume she was the only person cleaning the apartment (contrary to what we were led to believe when we were told there was a "team" cleaning the apartment). She was very kind to us.
There was another misconception regarding the parking remote, for which I take part of the blame. No big deal.
The location, like I mentioned earlier, is convenient, however, practically the whole block was in construction and there were lots of loud noises and activity during the day and early in the morning. We personally didn't find this highly problematic, but I'm aware some people will.
The flat mostly fits the description, but many things were "half broken", and one of the bathrooms produced a stinking smell whenever someone used the sink.
All in all, I think the flat is "good" for the price (especially in Luxembourg), but only if you have some tolerance to minor problems like the ones described here.

Fantastic apartment with enough amenities. Check-in and out was perfect with quick response when you have questions.
Hygiene was questionable and the kitchen facilities were very basic. The toilet door couldnt close and there was some mold in the bathroom.

Bright roomy living/working area
Terrible parking arrangements off site and requiring use of car lift in very narrow spaces. Not fit for purpose of general parking. Instructions far too complex and parking procedure unfriendly to driver and vehicle.

Appartment was very spacious with all facilities like kitchen ware, toiletries, sitting area etc. On top of it host was very responsive and always available to respond to our queries. Location is very near to central with public transport 400 mtrs away. Parking was 2 min walk from the appartment and relatively good for mid segment cars. If anyone has a big car it's better to check with the host.
Bathroom ventilation was not good enough.

Location was quite convenient; less than 10 mins walk from train station and public transportations. There were mini supermarkets around the vicinity and eateries as well. Appreciate the prompt responses by the host. Spacious flat, easy access to netflix, provided water bottles, Nespresso capsules, laundry detergent etc.
When we arrived, the apartment has not been cleaned. Despite that, the host quickly arranged for someone to clean the apartment while we went out.

The apartment is in a very central location, close to the station, the old town. Stylishly decorated, spacious apartment, there was a Christmas tree as a sweet surprise. More towels and toilet paper than the number of guests were left. Tea and coffee offerings were very kind
Our fridge wasn't working but we were already there at a time when the balcony was going to function as a fridge. There was no shower gel and shampoo in the apartment.

Location was perfect. So close to the station. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Good facilities. Bright and airy. Lovely touch of a small Christmas tree as it was December when we stayed.
Small thing, but there were no bins in the bathrooms and no information left on how to dispose of rubbish.

The location was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and had good facilities including a dishwasher, microwave as well as a full size oven and hot plates. The living area is very spacious and comfortable and the large doors open fully to allow a nice breeze.
There were a number of blown light globes and the exhaust fan filters in the main bathroom and powder room were completely clogged. The filters in the vacuum cleaner were also completely clogged and mouldy rendering it useless. The beds are double size and we are used to a king size so it felt quite small but that’s not really a criticism, more a personal preference.

The apartment offers nice space for family of 2+2. There is also a playground right in front of the building. Netflix is a bonus.
Some minor items missing, could use with more kitchen utensils, toilet paper and a hanger for clothes as there's only a dryer, which not all clothes are suitable for using.

Nice, modern apartment.
There was no toiletries as described or as shown in photos. I messaged the host 3 times to ask about parking during the stay to which the host read my messages but did not reply. There is no cooling or fans, and it was very hot at night. Very disappointed.

amazing place, felt like home away from home
maybe more toilet paper :) we dont carry it with us.. it would be nice , also some soap and things we travelers wont carry around :) other than that it was perfect

Spacious and clean apartment, location ok in distance but lot of homeless people around.

Location is everything.
Due to warmer day, we have to leave the window open but there are no curtain that block the sun, and the sounds of the airplane is very loud. The parking space is very small, if you have a bigger car, it will be difficult to go into the car elevator.

Easy check-in process. Very clean apartment. Easy, pleasant walk to Lux. city center. Large apartment with plenty of space. Bakeries and shops very close to location.
Despite the bathroom being fairly large, the shower itself is very small. There is quite a bit of noise, even late at night, from the park across the street. The walk from the train station to the apartment can be a bit sketchy.

The flat was clean, modern and bright with two good bedrooms. Good seating in the living area. Next to local cafes and restaurants.
Free parking a huge bonus.
Be aware that the ramp down to the parking area is extremely narrow and if your car is the size of an average station wagon then you need to reverse several time before you are able get down to every level.
