sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und vielen kleinen angenehmen Details. Ein Ort zum Entspannen. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und reagieren bei Anliegen umgehend.

Mir hat sehr die Ausstattung des Hauses gefallen und im Besonderen der Küche. Die herzliche Art des Check In und des Check- out ist ebenso hervorzuheben.

Ein weiterer Sonnenschirm wäre noch eine Option. Aber das ist lediglich eine Nuance.

The accommodation was great, pool was nice, ping pong table was awesome, great host, all around a great experience.

Everything was perfect and reflects what is on the pictures. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Two of them are large and the other two rather smaller. The kitchen is very well equipped and can easily accommodate full capacity of the villa. There is a gas bbq and a coal one. There is a parking space for at least 2 cars. The surrounding area is very quiet and there will be no other cars passing through.

The only thing you need to consider is that Smoljanci is a small village and there are no restaurants or shops. You will have to drive few kilometres.

Very clean, comfortable, fully equiped

The location was very quiet and family-friendly, I did like the pool. The whole equipment was very large and it made very much fun( espec. the darts). It is an ideal place for a holiday with the family.

Very nice Istrian house in beautifully nature. Heated swimming pool (which is quite rare in Istria), beach bar, fully equipped house, football table, table tennis, bicycles, PS4 and other games. A lots of activities for the kids and also parents to relax. Ms. Nina the lady in charge of the property was super nice and professional. We really like the stay.
