I was looking for a quiet serene location. This was definitely that. Not loud or party type of neighborhood. No bars anywhere. But some nice seafood places and the Taco City of course. The place was very well stocked with what I needed for a few weeks. Beach is right around the corner. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Stores are also close. I had a quiet clean place with a lot of room. Nice hot showers. That's a big deal for me. Thanks for everything. Albany NY.

We rented this cute cottage for the month of January. It was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of room for cooking. My favorite thing was direct access to the beach where I went for walks every day. The hosts were very accommodating and we’ll be back. ☀️🌴🌊

It was a clean,efficient comfortable cottage! Arrived after hurricane Nicole and was surprised how well the area and beach were. I had the beach to myself the whole week! Only comment would be to get a few new pillows for the bedroom. The wave riding and ocean were delightful!

Loved the walking distance to the beach! Amenities left for beach use were lacking. Toiletries left for use have been diluted and shower drain could use a flushing but over-all it was a perfect weekend getaway!

The location couldn't have been better of this cute cottage for two. We walked a few short steps to the beach multiple times a day. It was great not having to cross a street to get there. We were also within walking distance to 3 restaurants. Our favorite was Squid Lips at sunset. The people in Cocoa Beach are super friendly, and quick to help with a to-do list. The cottage is perfect for 1-2 people and equipped with everything you could need including beach chairs! It was clean and so convenient. Only downside was the bed, but everyone has their own mattress preferences. It might have been ok for just one person.

Ok! I made up a word! But so what! This was a great adventure for us, booking a cottage and a location that were both unknown to us. We enjoyed the adventure. The Cottage is truly a beach cottage and it does not pretend to be anything else. We left with great memories. I would like to also extend my prayers and bestest of wishes to so many who are suffering from the rampage of Hurricane Ian. We will always remember how close we came to being smack dab in the middle of it.God bless, Florida!

My wife and I stayed 10 wonderful days and nights at "Take me to the Ocean". The owners left us a very clean place and even left us flowers and a bottle of Champaign for our honeymoon. We left the day before hurricane Ian hit. We pray everything is OK and we plan to be back in the future.

Once again, we had an awesome experience with our stay here. With this being our 4th visit,it gets better every time. Can't wait to return again! Thanks again to Roy and Pam for allowing us to use their most wonderful humble abode .

So cute you'll never want to leave

Great location and with just a 30 second walk to beach. The owners have thought of every that you would need (chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler) to spend the day at the beach. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is quite large if you want to do any cooking.

We had 5 wonderful days! The appartment is very clean and fully equipped. It is surrounded by wonderful tropical trees and the beach is not even 1 minute walk away. We also really appreciated that we were able to use their parasol, bodyboard, chairs for the beach. We highly recommend that place and will definately come back. Thanks a lot!

This lovely place is so very perfect. For us it was part of a longer journey. We wanted a quiet place on the beach in an unhurried place. This cottage comes with everything you need. You are very close to fabulous restaurants ( The Tiny Turtle and The Fat Snook to name just a couple.) We made a day trip to NASA..less than 40 minutes away. At night it is very calm and peaceful. The hosts really do care that you will love their home. We fell in love with Cocoa Beach and we love with this cottage and will be back!

We had a great stay at rental. Very nice accommodations. Very close to beach, no beach view but that didn’t matter. Out the back gate and a few steps was the beach, the beach was wonderful not to crowded practically had beach to ourselves. They have chairs, umbrellas and boogy board to use. House is right next to busy road but that didn’t both us. Couldn’t hear traffic most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and comfortable, not too big and not too small. It was the perfect distance from the beach and a great value for the price. We were able to walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes as the access was literally only about 50 feet from the back yard. The nearby amenities were good including restaurants, surf shops and convenience stores. We even had use of an umbrella and chairs for the beach. The beach was not at all crowded and very comfortable. The house was very close to the main road where there was a lot of traffic and only had a very small parking spot for one car, but this did not bother us at all. We barely heard the traffic and our car fit just fine. We actually appreciated how close it was to the main road so that we had easy access in and out. The only real issue we ran into was no washer/dryer available and our towels did not dry well on the line outside in the humidity. We did find a laundromat with a helpful attendant a few minutes away where we could do our laundry. Overall, highly recommended and we plan to come back soon!

Small 1 bedroom adorable cottage. Modern kitchen was a nice surprise. Short walk to the beach. Took some really good pictures of the sunrises. Neighbors were very nice. Wonderful experience overall.

I loved the little house! It's very close to the beach. Pam and Roy leave all you need to relax on the beach. The beach is very quiet. I love the location it has a small town feel of everything like the restaurant and the people. But don't drive a large vehicle like a full size 4 door truck it's kind of hard to park it in between the trees.

All the conveniences of home, clean, above our expectations. Close to everything and has great neighbors.

Very good value for what we paid. Clean property, and although close to hiway, the noise really wasn't a factor as with the window a/c's running it provides "whitenoise" in addition to keeping it cool. There was construction going on directly behind us ( no control over, and probably temporary) that made it a little wierd as we think at times the workers came in to the back yard. Parking was tight, but no issue at all as long as you dont have a real long truck. We were actually able to stop on highway and back in to spot multiple times with very little issues with oncoming traffic. There is ALOT of food and entertainment within a short driving distance, and some good restaurants even within walking distance. It is an older bungalow that shows some age, (the bed was really the only disappointment as was fairly uncomfortable) but everything in good condition. If you are expecting Hilton type accomodations, then this not for you, but if you are looking to stay just a few steps from the ocean in a excellent location at a very good price, then this is the way to go. Overall a very good and enjoyable experience that we would definitely do again.

Great location. Some road noise . Only complaint was the coffee pot. It was the type that requires a cartridge. This type makes it impossible to have coffee for a group and creates a lot of plastic garbage. We would use this listing again.
