We have stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and well appointed. Beds are comfy, the view is spectacular, and the hosts are responsive. Can’t wait to return next year for our annual trip!

Great house. Great location. Lovely October weekend at Sea Isle. This is our third time at Beach Haven. It's a pleasure.

This is a very clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished sweet beach house. Great deck (shade and sun), deck chairs and table. Everything works as it should: lights, shades, AC, stove, fridge, sink, dishwasher, showers, toilets, etc. Nice linens and comfortable beds. Interesting and beachy art throughout. Extensively stocked kitchen, dishes, glass & cookware. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Beach is an easy walk on sandy access path of about 100 feet - 2 minutes to the beach (although with little ones it takes much longer to stop every foot or so to examine the beach dune flowers and crab holes). Beach front views from a 2nd row house! We love this place and have reserved our 3rd stay.

It is a lovely, well equipped property. Everything we wanted was available. The owner is incredibly responsive and eager to accommodate requests. We will stay there again! Only drawback was the stacked washer/dryer. I am too short to reach the controls on the top unit. But that is a personal problem, I fear.

We had a great time staying at beach haven. The location is absolutely perfect, just a very short walk to the beach. The views are amazing from the deck. You can enjoy sitting there and you can watch the waves. The house was perfect for adults and kids to share. It was clean and looked just like the pictures posted in the listing. We can’t wait to visit again next year.

Great hosts, great house, wonderful stay! Everyone had plenty of space, beach is close and for the most part only homeowners were in our section of beach which was nice. The house was fully equipped to make cookies with the Grandbabies and also make seafood dinners on the grill. Master bed was extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. Fully enjoyed our stay, you will too.

The house has a great layout and is fully stocked for all your kitchen needs. Owners are very easy to work with.

EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH

The view and location were amazing! A great vacation to relax and make memories!

We had a great time at this house --- everything was in tip top shape, and our favorite part was the wildflower sandy (and short) path to the beach! Great views from balcony and inside -- and plenty of everything (dishes, cookware, kitchen equipment TP, PT, linens). You would enjoy a stay here -- host easy to contact and quick to respond.

A very well maintained beach house with oceanfront views on the second row. Perfect deck - shade and sun with an abundance of comfortable chairs and table. The deck is gated: perfect for toddlers. It's a very short walk to the beach. The house is updated: great kitchen appliances and baths. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Things inside the house work: shades, AC, TV's, WiFi, Laundry, appliances, faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, etc. All things that have been in disrepair at other properties. We are already trying to plan our next stay. The owner was very decent and pleasant to work with. Hesitate to give Beach Haven such high marks because we want to have it available for another vacation but fair is fair. This place is Tony The Tiger Grrrreat!

This was our second time to stay here. Perfect location with a few steps to the beach. Kitchen has been remodeled and it was a great place for good family time. The ramp made it easy to bring our stuff up in our beach cart. The downstairs was great for enjoying breezy afternoons. Hope to stay here again next year. Milan is a responsive host.

This was our third visit to this beautiful beachfront property! From sunrise to sunset, everything you need is here, especially in the newly updated kitchen. Pull out shelves and soft close drawers, and all new appliances and cabinetry included! All the beds are super comfortable, and there is plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The dogs love hanging out on the deck as much as we do, and love the fully fenced yard. We can’t wait to go back again next year!

Great house with nice views. steps from the beach.

This was our second stay and were excited to see the beautiful upgrades to the master bedroom and the added bath in the second bedroom. Since our last visit the deck has weathered a bit leaving spaces between the boards. This is a non issue unless you have a small dog. She fell through a couple of times before we realized she could not be put down to walk on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could possibly need. I did have to go to the store to get cleaning supplies and dish soap. This may have been an oversight of the cleaning team since these were readily available on our first visit. This home truly does feel like home and it is a lovely property with amazing views and easy beach access. Hopefully we will be able to visit again soon.

Amazing beach getaway! First time to use Verbo and wanting to get a special time planned for family celebration. Could not have had a better experience close to the beach with incredible ocean views. Would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

We loved our stay. We had a difficult ride down arriving very late and Milan worked with us so well allowing a late leave on our last day, very appreciated! This rental is very handicapped friendly, with a ramp, easy access shower with bench, wide doorways for wheelchairs and beds were very comfortable. Milan was easily accessible via phone or text, always answered promptly. Thanks Milan & Patty!

Our stay here was so relaxing! We booked Beach Haven from a Thursday evening through Monday morning. Loved the easy and quick beach access. Loved that our pets could relax there with us. Patty and Milan's home is comfortable and welcoming. I will book this again!

We had another great stay! This place is perfect for our family. The beach is great for kids. It stays shallow for a long distance. This year we just set up our shade in the morning and felt very comfortable leaving it while we went back to the cabin for naps and lunch. You can see your stuff from the porch of the cabin and really no one was around. With two littles and a dog, the fully fenced in and fully ramped cabin takes a ton of stress out of a beach vacation. The bathrooms are lovely, the linens are great and the beds are big. It’s perfect. The owners are a text away and super helpful with any even very minor needs. See yall next year!

Everyone loved our little vacation. Beach Haven was perfect for our group. We had kids and the location was perfect because we could literally watch the kids go back and forth from the beach to the house and vise versa without having to go with them. The house was very nice inside too. The only thing we didn’t have was a clothes dryer. It needed to be repaired and the part was on order but otherwise it was pretty perfect. We would definitely come back to Beach Haven ❤️

Beautiful home with easy beach access. The views of the ocean were wonderful. Lots of room for our family. Close enough to activities if desired but far away for relaxation and peace. Had all the amenities that were necessary. Owners were quick to respond if needed. Would definitely return.

Beach Haven was the perfect location to be able to suspend time and really relax! Being west of the seawall activity was SO peaceful, yet it was a short drive one evening for mini golf and sno cones. We had 5 adults(30 - 70) and 3 children (8,9,12). Being on the beach side of the highway makes a HUGE difference. The house sits on the 2nd row, situated right between 2 in front so we could still sit on the upstairs deck and see the beach, feel the incredible wind and hear the waves. We used the wheelchair ramp when we first arrived , carrying supplies, and the kids enjoyed going up and down the ramp. Having the partially shaded deck and a well placed palm tree made it possible to sit on the deck all day. The kids claimed the bunk room, one adult was in the front room and they shared the wheelchair accessible bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the other side each had a bathroom. For our families that was a luxury. Everyone slept VERY well! I was able to sleep on the deck each night enjoying the stars, the sound of the waves and later, the moonlight. Rising with the sun and swimming first thing in the morning checked all of my boxes. Loved the big table for eating, games and drawing. Plenty of cooking pans, dishes , glassware etc. . The living room area was very comfortable with the big couch , coffee table for snacks. Nicely decorated and there was plenty of empty drawers and cabinets to store our belongings. Having the outdoor shower with hot and cold water was used VERY frequently.. Being so close to the beach made it possible to set up our canopy and chairs in the morning, come and go throughout the day, return again after dark until midnight or later. ( One person got VERY excited about sand castle sculpting, spending hours with carving tools) The beach was never crowded, maybe 3 families set up canopies on our end. We were able to witness a very short, very small wedding one morning at 10am. Also learned about night crabbing. The hosts were prompt to address ANY concerns that we had. We did find that the separate groundfloor bedroom and bath had a problem airing out, didn't use it. We used 2 of the 5 tvs, no problems. The phone service and internet were sometimes less strong, but did not interfere with our experience. The air conditioning with the ceiling fans kept us comfortable when we needed a short break. From Mon at 4pm until Friday at 10am was a magical time for my family. Definitely recommend !!

This house was just what we were looking for and we had a great 4th of July weekend stay. We had a couple of technical issues but Milan was very responsive which we appreciated. It was so nice to be so close to the beach and to be able to bring our pups. Would love to stay again!
