Kein Restaurant im Hotel --- schade eigentlich

I wasn't expecting my hotel to be what I expected for the short time. It was exactly as described during booking.

No wash cloth. Visitors from foreign countries (i.e.: United States) expects a wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel.

very rude front desk staff - a woman thats not helpful and arrogant. we didn’t get room cleaning for the first night especially in the case when we went to the front desk in the morning and ask her to call room service and bring more shower gel (we only get 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 shampoo for total 3 guests). We ran out of toilet paper and water because no room service which is ridiculous! Tried to use room phone to dial but there is no front desk number or any other instructions for numbers on the phone so we have to walk all the way to the front desk for help! The toilet had plugged so I went to ask cleaner to unclog. That front desk woman talked very rude and loud and questioned me “why you put paper inside the toilet?!!”. okay first of all she absolutely has so position to tell me how to do things. I only need her to fix the problem because I paid god damn money! second of all I didn’t not even put toilet paper in which makes it more hilarious. I never wrote this many comments for a hotel in my life and unfortunately it was a very bad and unpleasant experience living there. NEVER COMING BACK.

Love the size of the room. It's like a condominium. Love the dining/working table and the chairs are so comfortable. The lighting is just amazing. PS. Ta Chuap Fresh Shrimp Pad Thai Restaurant is simply amazing. We dined there twice during our stay.

None. It would be nice to provide a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee 😂 but it's really not a problem. You can find cafes nearby very easily.
