The location of the property is amazing if you like to be out in the nature. The room and the bathroom were surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was very filling and tasty. And the staff were friendly and super helpful!

The room was a bit stuffy because it’s located on the 1st floor and the weather was quite warm. The bathroom and the toilet were separated from the room by a hallway which was somewhat unconventional.

Not the fault of the owners but be aware that the location given by Google Maps is incorrect. You will need to follow the instructions sent by the owner and then it is pretty easy.

The setting was nice. The room was very comfortable peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and as my wife was Gluten Free, there was a good range available.

The directions could have been better. It took me a good few attempts to find the location.

It's a beautiful location to discover the nature areas nearby (Amsterdamse waterleidingduinen) and very close to interesting cities like Haarlem and Leiden. Accessing the accommodation and the surrounding cities requires the use of a car since it's a remote location. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the very attentive and hospitabel service of our hostess.

There was a foul smell in our room at first which was caused by a sewage problem. It was solved after the plummer did his job.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was incredible and we were very pleasantly surprised by this. The hostess was lovely, accommodating, and kind. The location was prime for exploring the different walking trails.

Shower gel or soap would have been nice, but otherwise everything was top.

The room is quite large, the bathroom is clean and the location is beautiful. It is a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle. The bed was comfortable too.

At the time we went (April 2021), there was construction work going on around this area making it very hard to get there using navigation. The lady who checked us in was not the most helpful person unfortunately and didn't seem to be as understanding as I would have hoped. This was not a great first impression, as it seemed completely different from the lady I interacted with during the booking process asking for the options of having a very early breakfast due to us having an early appointment. Breakfast at 10 am is quite late to be considered breakfast for our taste, but its nice that there is an option to have a breakfast be put together the night before. This meant that it wasn't as fresh, and with some breads this made them go a bit stale so it didn't feel well thought out. But the breakfast spread was generous, plenty of options to choose from and it was nice that there were also some yoghurts available.

Beautiful and quiet environment. Excellent walking through the forest and dunes. Friendly hostess and a good breakfast.

The walk from the parking to the room is really dark after sunset.
