The house is like a fairy tale about Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. :) We really liked it. . Miniature and very cozy. We will definitely come back again!

- The apartment was very clean and well equipped; - The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond, and the lady who gave us the keys was really nice; - The apartment was close to metro stations and Gare de Lyon; - Lots of nice restaurants and a food court nearby; - The place is pet friendly.

- The apartment faced the back doors of several restaurants and there was quite a lot of noise coming from the kitchens until late evening. There was also some smell from the kitchen bins which subsided once they were emptied; - The upper level can get really hot in the hot weather, and given the kitchen noise issues keeping the window open is not really viable; - Some small renovation work seems to be due, including fixing the external blinds.

Small it may be, but it's spotlessly clean, is very well equipped and it was the perfect base for me and my 11 year old daughter to spend 6 fantastic days in Paris. It's within a 7 minute walk of two metro stations on line 6 and line 14 so you can get anywhere in the city very easily. It's a nice, quiet area too. I can't fault it in any way. François is also a very kind and friendly host and couldn't have done any more to make us feel so welcome.

- The stairs in the appartement are difficult if you have difficulties with walking (no handrail) -If you are with 4 people it is difficult to pass the second bed if you need to get out during the night. For 2 persons it is perfect.

Easy to walk everywhere .

A nice small apartment in a convenient location. Very close to some cool eateries etc (La Felicitia food market is amazing and just across the road) plus very close to the Line 14 metro line (this line is fully automated so unaffected by strikes which was awesome for us!) . The owner is very nice and friendly.

There is a steep small staircase to the sleeping area upstairs which is a little difficult for young kids. We managed ok but it was a little nerve wracking at times.

It was a very beautiful and wonderful apartment. Because it was large and had a lot of storage, I was able to spend it comfortably. The refrigerator was big and water was available without any restrictions.

I bought it because there was no toilet paper in the apartment.
