Altri ospiti molto chiassosi e maleducati ,anche di notte, e nessuno dell’hotel è venuto a rimproverare ! Hotel è fronte strada ,strada molto ma molto traffica e quindi rumorosa ,difficile riposare bene !

Pyszna kawa w kawiarni na dole, najlepsza jaka piliśmy. Bardzo miły personel, ale nie umieli nam powiedzieć gdzie kupić bilety na dalszą podróż.

Service war nett und hilfsbereit, Bett war bequem und die Waschmaschine ist gut. Der Ausblick auf den See ist schön. Klimaanlagen vorhanden :)

Könnte etwas sauberer sein. An einigen Stellen könnten die Gebrauchsspuren ausgebessert werden.

Top tier prime location right at the lake -- all the best street food of Hanoi is within walking distance. There is a cafe downstairs and many other pretty ones not far away. The reception is very helpful, especially when we requested for an expedited clothes drying in the middle of the night for our early flight the next morning.

Our room certainly has history -- a renovation not far due. That said, everything is very well maintained & didn't affect our quality of stay at all.

沒有什麼可喜歡的，旅店毫無誠信且員工極度惡劣 Nothing to like, no integrity in the hotel and bad attitude from the staff

員工歧視在Booking上訂房的外國人，我們是家庭旅遊，從6月17日到6月27日總共訂了20間房，我們在6月18日的早班櫃台確認了所有預定的房間，並支付了我們全部入住的總金額60%以上，我們當時有詢問剩餘房款可以回來入住時再支付嗎? 櫃檯也同意我們6月24日從下龍灣返回入住後再支付剩餘房款，因為我們6月22-24日安排了下龍灣的行程，當我們6月24日準備回來入住時，他們告知我們訂好的房間已經給別人了，理由是我們是在Booking上訂房，他們不確定我們要不要回來住，然而我們在Booking上預訂的房型其中有是不可退款的，旅店完全毫無誠信 6月29日旅店竟然無故將我們所有已完成住房的訂單刪除，只是因為我們評價了旅店的真實狀況，我們真的不知道什麼樣的團隊會做出這樣的事情，我非常後悔這一次帶家人來住這家旅店，房間裡有大蟑螂把我的家人都嚇壞了，員工對入住的旅客又極其沒有禮貌，廚房設備及飲水器具又很不乾淨，浴室洗澡用品也都感覺很髒，可以看湖景的房間到了晚上整間房裡都是小飛蟲 6月30日旅店經理打電話來要求我們刪除評價，我們詢問為何無故刪除我們已經完成入住的訂單，結果連管理階層都不給我們合理的說明 7月1日旅店經理提出願意為因無故取消我們已完成入住的訂單對我們所造成的影響作賠償，但是卻以此逼迫我們刪除評價，他說我們想拿錢就要先刪除評價，他完全忘記了所有一切的錯都是他們旅店所造成的 以此逼迫刪除評價的賠償我們並不需要，我們只想讓更多的人知道這家旅店的惡行，並不值得推薦入住 我們並沒有故意給差評，以前我來住過，可以看湖景的房間浴室嚴重的漏水就像下雨，廚房用具很髒，我都還是給了好評價，因為我認為應該給他們一次機會，這一次旅店太過分太離譜了，永遠不會再入住！也永遠不會推薦人來住！

Room was big and the same as pictures displayed.

The receptionist wasn't friendly and helpful at all. They didn't even greet customers. There won't be anyone bothering to help you with your luggage, or open the door for you, or say hi or smiling to you.

Good location with a pleasent lake view.

Improper ventilation in rooms. No complementary room services. Bathroom doors were not closing.

Nothing. This is pathetic hotel. Staff is too arrogant

When i checked in they asked me to pay only is cash otherwise 3% extra than booking.com price. After 30 mins of hussle the staff agreed to take payment by card As i checked into the room there were ants/lizards/mosquitoes. I went to reception to which staff said its a normal thing as they have a huge tree nearby due to which insects enter the apartment. I asked for change of room to which staff asked me to do unethical thing that was to cancel booking from booking.com as they will do a no show to me I simply asked to talk to manager but staff said manager cant talk although manager was talking to staff. At 8pm they also we can repay money back and look for new hotel Ultimately i had to live in that pathetic room only. It was a nightmare

It was very bad they gave so small rooms even kids can't sleep in those rooms. They charged more to give a better room even after telling how bad the room was. They charged for free water bottles
