Gracias por su consulta Tenemos un espectacular, recientemente remodelado, condominio de dos habitaciones (camas king / queen), dos baños en Nápoles, ubicado en una comunidad cerrada con guardia llamada Imperial Golf Estates. Las comodidades incluyen: hermosos gabinetes de cerezo personalizados con muebles empotrados, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, barra húmeda y nevera de vino. Piscina con cabaña, tenis con instrucción, terraza con mosquitero con vista al lago, persianas de plantación hechas a medida para las ventanas, techos estilo catedral, pisos nuevos de madera de arce, nueva televisión inteligente, lavadora y secadora, garaje y acceso inalámbrico a Internet. ¡Solo trae tu maleta! También tenemos 4 bicicletas Huffy Cruiser y 2 kayaks (en tándem, individuales) para usar en el garaje. Hay eventos sociales semanales en la casa de la piscina en temporada!
Está a dos millas del Parque Estatal Delnor-Wiggins Beach (considerado como uno de los 10 mejores playas más hermosas de EE. UU.). Está a pocos minutos de restaurantes, tiendas y algunos de los mejores campos de golf de Estados Unidos. Estamos a 3 millas de Sun-N-Fun Lagoon (el parque acuático más nuevo de Nápoles). A nuestros hijos les encanta ... ¡a nosotros también! Nuestro lugar tiene once años, aproximadamente 1450 pies cuadrados, bastante agradable.

The condo was well represented by the photos on the site. The layout of the condo was very nice especially with the vaulted ceilings. The pool was a very short distance and well maintained. The owner was very responsive if we had any concerns or questions about the condo. We would rent this condo when we are back in Naples.

Great location!,.close to shops and beach. Condo was immaculate and beds were really comfortable! Beth was wonderful to work with ! She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were super! Beth’s place was very cozy and comfy….

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the condo itself and the grounds, including the pool area. We felt very much at home, and anything you would need for the beach was available in the garage. The condo area was very quiet, even though Highway 41 is very close by, with anything you can imagine very accessible. Beth was very helpful with her tips on places to go, and very responsive to any emails or texts we sent her during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Month in Naples
We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the condo itself and the grounds, including the pool area. We felt very much at home, and anything you would need for the beach was available in the garage. We had a great time at the Condo during December, Beth was very helpful and answered any questions we had very timely. The condo is in a great location, close to the beaches, shops and is on a very nice private estate. Thanks, Ross

We Love the Condo and the area!!
This is our 2nd time staying at the Condo.. Beth is a wonderful person to work with. Residents are so friendly. The area is fantastic.. We plan on returning again soon..

Excellent, uncrowded swimming pool very close to the property with Bar-B-Q and small clubroom and lovely outlook (with wildlife) from enclosed condo lanai. Quiet and peaceful, at least for summer visitors. Easy and speedy access to attractions, beach and supermarkets. Condo is feeling its age a little and needs modest attention to some furniture and fittings. Cooking equipment, utensils and storage containers (a bit more tupperware) need updating. For non-US citizens more information on how things work would be helpful. It would also be desirable to explain that it is a first floor residence for potential renters with limited mobility. This did not affect us however and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Owners very cooperative and responsive when contacted during our stay.

We have had a great time in Naples. Loved the place a lot. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent instructions on how to get to the property and etc.
The location is great and very convenient for us to go to our favorite beaches and shopping. It would be nice to have beach chairs more comfortable. Other than that everything was really nice. We would for sure return.

Perfect location for my trip in Florida Naples
The condo was perfect located for my one week visit in Florida to relax myself from business and private obligations. The condo itself was very clean, the kitchen itself was equipped perfect, two bedrooms and two bathrooms give opportunity to stay with the whole family easily. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony in the evening to have the nice view across the lake behind the house.
Since the condo is located in a residential area (access granted by gatekeeper, only) , I felt really safe during my stay.
I visited several times the beautiful beaches around Naples, Beth gave me perfect tips where to go. Beth in general supported me before and during my trip, I received quick response to all upcoming questions, thx for your warm welcome.
Since this condo is located close to north Naples I recommend having a car to reach restaurants, shops, beaches ... easily.
I really can recommend this condo, if I plan to visit the west coast of Florida again I will be back.

Imperial Condo
We rented this condo for 3 months. It was very clean and spacious. The owners were very nice to work with and very responsive to any request. We are renting it again next year. It is close to the beach and many great restaurants.

Great Place
This condo is roomy, very nicely furnished, clean, and has everything you need. Very well located and includes a garage with bicycles and beach gear. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful condo
We have rented this condo five times and have always been very happy and pleased. The location is great, can't beat it! The condo is just a few minutes away from amazing Gulf beaches and both a Walmart and a Publix store. You can walk to a plaza close by for snacks or a drink. Great pool area, beautifully landscaped gated community where you stroll around. Very nice and friendly owners who really care about their guests. I would recommend anyone looking for a unit in Naples to rent this condo, any time of year.

Our stay at Imperial Golf Estates, North Naples
This is a very nice, roomy, updated condo, as the photos show, with the lanai facing a lake. The lanai has a large table where we spent many hours alone and with friends having morning coffee, dinners and late nite wine enjoying a huge variety of birds, ducks, otters, and, of course, the weather. It is ideally located in North Naples so we were able to enjoy close beaches, golfing and our numerous favorite restaurants. The owners were extremely accommodating, helpful and were always available if we had questions or concerns. We have spent many winters in condos in Naples and this is one we certainly would recommend and have recommended to many of our friends.
