Una sala de estar y cocina abierta, 3 dormitorios, capacidad para 8 personas con 2 baños, lavandería y estacionamiento para 2 autos. Situado entre 2 muelles de atracciones y a poca distancia de 2 parques acuáticos. Minutos al centro de convenciones. Property was exactly as listed, right in middle of board walk! Owner was great and responsive with communication!

Location is amazing! Was the perfect place to vacation with a large family. The owner/host, Tom, is very nice and easy to get ahold of with any questions/concerns. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again!

Tom was one of the best landlords I’ve ever dealt with. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough to make us feel at home. Tom responded immediately to all of our questions and even advised us on things to do during our stay.

We had a terrific time and absolutely loved the place. So much space for 6 of us and saved us money being able to cook and do laundry. We loved the balcony and how cloae it was to the beach. The only downfall was having to buy sheets and towels that we didnt know would not be supplied.

We had so much fun. Tom was very helpful, I had an issue checking in and Tom was able to help me quickly he also walked me through where everything was. The location is great we got to watch the Monster Truck Show right from the porch.

Other then the bad weather we had a good time. Tom the owner was very friendly. We communicated before and after the stay. I do think the owner needs to upgrade a couple things. The grills were in bad shape. We wanted to grill but couldn't because they were in bad shape. The only other thing is the mattresses need to be replaced. The queen bed mattresses are in bad shape. Very uncomfortable and lopsided. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Plenty of glasses, paper towels,dish soap, silverware. There were even coloring books and crayons for my great granddaughter to play with some games also. Would definitely rent again.

The location right above the boardwalk and beach view with balcony with a walk out the back door right to the beach and boardwalk couldnt have been better.Right between the 2 piers in the midst of the excitement.The owner was curtious and helpful with everything .The place was bigger then i expected equiped with everything you need extremely nice and clean.It was a Vacation ill remember .Cant wait to go back again.Thank You .

To start, there was no parking spot or place to unload. You get 2 parking passes to park on the street if you can find a spot. The neighbors constantly have stuff blocking the way to the stairs. Entering the property is 2 sets of stairs to the door. I don’t remember reading anything about this. We had to carry bags for 2 blocks and then up 2 flights of stairs. The house was relatively clean but why did advertise they had a high chair and they didn’t. It’s a broken booster seat. Also, I did not read in the listing that there were no towels or sheets. Not even a dish towel. That was incredibly expensive and unnecessary and we would not have stayed here if we knew this. Also, the lights in one bedroom didn’t work until we figured out where the breaker box was and how to turn them on, and the outlet by the bed never worked the e entire stay. And there was no hot water in the kitchen sink most days. All of these added a lot of unnecessary stress for the price we paid.

Great location, very roomy and comfortable for all. Great patio deck ,ocean view and boardwalk. Very private. Only downfall were the steps. Wasn't a bother any other time except when we fot there and had to bring everything up and when we left to bring everything down. I would stay here again!

We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay in Wildwood. Lots of steps but made for a great view. The owner was very easy to talk to and attentive and accomodating.
We recommend this location and property if you want to have a nice visit in Wildwood on the boardwalk and Beach!

A week at Wildwood
I loved the location. It was in the heart of everything. All of the action right outside the balcony for you to watch, but once inside it was as if nothing was going on outside. I loved everything about the place. It was a great week and a true experience of Wildwood!

Wonderful!!!
We stayed here recently, we were two families, 4 adults and 4 kids (ranging from 18 months-12 years old) Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location. Very clean! We lucked out with great parking near by, the metered parking passes were a huge plus! Tom was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again! Even better than the pictures!

Great Vacation!
The property was just as it appears in the photos. Fantastic location and view. Communication with the owner was great! Everything was in working order, tons of kitchen utensils and space. Beds were comfy too!

Neighbors parking
Everything was great, except neighbors parking. Didn't leave room to walk past their cars. Confronted them and they didn't really care.

Location, property, owner- all fantastic!
The condo and location was amazing! It was off season and what a great time we had! Tom got us checked in easily and gave us a tour of the property over the phone and communicated with us regularly. We looking forward to returning.

Location, location, location
Inside the condo was clean, outside was... well, right next to the Boardwalk, so not as clean, but it was right NEXT to the Boardwalk which is also a huge plus. My girlfriend booked it for next year. Tom was responsive and helpful. Thank you

Great location!
Condo was great. Master bath was a plus! We started with 2 teenagers and that grew to 4 when their friends saw where we were staying. Barely saw them the entire week, location was perfect for them to go off & do their own thing. View is amazing! Host was easy to reach and provided a thorough phone tour when we arrived. Only negative is the parking situation since you need to find meter parking (2 passes provided) but other than that, 5 stars all the way!

Nice place and location.
Arrival and departure are tough as there is no parking so you have to leave car at curb, unload as quickly as possible to 2nd floor and then park with passes provided where you find an open meter. Not ideal, but once inside its nice and view is as well.

Great week!
We had a wonderful week in wildwood. You can’t a much better location then this! The beach is a little bit of a hike but there are beach taxis to take if you have anyone with any health issues or disabilities walking long distances. The house was equipped with everything you could need.

Amazing location and beautiful home
Spent Memorial Day Weekend here and all I can say is how friendly and helpful The owner Tom was. He got me checked in easily and gave me a tour of the property over the phone. The location was amazing and convenient. The house was modern and had all the amenities that one would need to have a spectacular vacation. The weather wasn’t the best but we were still able to make the most of it. Overall great stay!

Easter Week Getaway
Had a great time at this beachside condo with the family for a quick getaway. The condo was exactly as described and Tom was very helpful with info on the area. (Polish Water Ices are the best!)
The condo appeared to have been completely renovated recently & was very well outfitted for our family. Will definitely be back in the warmer months so we can go on the rides and into the water!

A nice off season visit.
We were there in the off season so it was very quiet but if your looking to be in the heart of the summer action then this is the best place to be. The apt was clean and had plenty of space. Tom was a great host. He told us everything we need to know, recommended restaurants and was just a phone call away when we needed him. The entrance to the apt is in the back of the building. It was a 2 story walk up so you have to be good with stairs.

Amazing Place & Location on the Boardwalk
The condo was right on the boardwalk. Patio faced the beach with an amazing view. Wish it was summertime. Only March is a bit cold! It's a haul it to story walk up. But when inside opens up to a very large living room kitchen and three very nice bedrooms. Everything you read about the place is spot on. Would definitely go back again this time when it's warm

We wanted to be close to the ocean. It doesn’t get any closer than this place. The condo was plenty big for 8 people. The outdoor balcony overlooking the boardwalk was worth the price of admission.

Perfect Boardwalk Condo
This property is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Wildwood has to offer. It is very clean and spacious. I already have some friends interested in staying here in the future. The check-in/check-out process is simple and Tom is always just a phone call away. Great place for families. Lots of entertainment for kids. And almost everything is within walking distance.
