Very nice updated house with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1-king, 2-queens & kids room with bunk bed, trundle and crib. TV’s in everyroom using Roku. I don’t use Roku, but could sign into Netflix, Disney+, but when I tried to cast my Xfinity, the sound echo’d. Not sure if it was the tv or my app. Easily can sleep 8 adults without using the top bunk. Decorated with Disney characters. Highlight was light up Mickey wall poster. Didn’t use the spa. Backyard has two patio tables and a bbq. Washer/dryer is outside, typical in S.Cal. Walk to Downtown Disney is about 20 minutes, so suggest driving to the lot and paying $10, have dinner and validate ticket for extra 5 hrs at Downtown Disney. Street was kind of noisy when loud cars drove by, but mainly very quiet at night, except for the Disney fireworks, which can be seen in the front yard. Some restrictions on parking, but there is a two car garage (no entry to house) and a two car driveway.

This is a nice place the upgrades make this house look nice and new. Plenty of hot water and ability to cook and stay in.
The issue we all found was Comfort beds are hard and make a lot of noise. Should in the house carries so whe. Getting. In and out of bed woke up everyone as mattress is squeaky and on basic springs in the room I stayed in. All rooms were like this but mine was by far the loudest of them all. We had to move one kid to the couch as the bunk beds would rock and move on every turn waking up whomever is above or below. Honestly saggy may have been an issue there. Hot tub is nice to have as well but the top was broken and very dirty. They want you to pay extra for heating as well this should have just been included in the cost and for sure not charged when the spa had mold and algae all over. We cleaned it ourselves just so kids could get in without it heated one day so they would leave us alone about it. We did not go for Disney and we’re in town for a family member that passed so I am sure if you are there to hit the park and be gone all day and just looking for a spot to lay your head this is a good one. Some upgrading on the beds and this place would be 5 stars.

For the most part the house was comfortable and served the purpose. It was a bit worn around the edges and could use a good going over. The AC doesn’t cool that well and the windows don’t open so the house was warm and stuffy. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked well. Would not get in the hot tub as it was not clean. Several of the beds had mattresses that needed replaced. The walk to Disney is .8 mi and easy in the morning. Easy to take an Uber back after walking all day.

This home was pretty close to perfect for a Disneyland stay, we had small kids and grandparents and we all enjoyed the home. I asked if there would be a pack n' play available and upon arrival, there was a crib set up in a bedroom!! with strollers set up available for us to use - amazing surprise! Our kiddos adored the bunk beds, the kitchen was great, the hot tub needs a cleaning but was awesome after a long day. It was a great distance to Disney, we drove to the Mickey and Friends parking which was only 8 min away. Highly recommend for a Disney vacay with little kids.
Beds are loud and not super comfortable. But after a day at Disneyland we all slept soundly! The A/C wasn't working the best while we were there and most of the windows in the bedrooms are screwed shut.

The location of this property was great as we could walk to Disney in about 20 minutes. There was ample parking in driveway and garage, and a nice yard for the kids and to gather. We used the hot tub which was nice also. It was a good size for three couples and some kids and the eating/gathering spaces were convenient. The kitchen was spacious. However, this place is "well used" as there were several things that were not working, broken, or just very worn. But if its rented all the time, its probably hard to keep up with it all, but some of it really does need replacing. There are also LOTS of "rules" as you can tell the City of Anaheim is trying to discourage short term rentals! Overall, it was a great vacation, and we appreciated that there was a place we could all stay together.

The flooring was very dirty. Kitchen missing some necessary items and outdoor grill hood broken making grilling difficult. Bed was very creaky.

Amazing option just minutes from Disney! Clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. Management was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Excellent option for multiple families or to give a large family space to sprawl. Loved the theming and being able to watch nightly fireworks from the driveway.
Walking distance to park transportation turned out to be a bit farther than we wanted (partly because the monorail was down, partly because one of us was still recovering from an injury). But, the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure just a few minutes away was an easy solution.

Our stay at Kiki home were perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone for a nice getaway home. I had no complaints place was very clean and had everything that was needed for the home.

The hosts were forthcoming about upkeep work that was not finished before our arrival and appreciated the heads up. Suggestions to improve before the next guest would be to replace the mattress in the one bedroom, get new bathroom towels and have a starter supply of coffee options. Overall had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We were all comfortable and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was great! The kids enjoyed the spa. Disneyland is walkable from the house but don't follow the GPS take a photo of the route in the book they provide. Great stay.

We wanted a kiddo friendly stay for my nephew’s first trip to Disneyland for his 4th birthday along with 7 adults, and we got it here! We found ourselves priced out of staying on-property but ultimately didn’t care. This house is super comfy, and kid friendly. My nephew was obsessed with the art touches. The place is super clean without being unwelcoming. And we were always a 5min Uber or 20min walk from Disney. Hot tub being serviceable is a little extra, but honestly we saved so much by sharing the cost of this place that it was well worth having the option. Staff are very communicative and warm, and do a great job making sure you’re informed. We will definitely be back and sharing with our fellow Disney-loving friends.

This house was cute and comfortable! Loved the tiki theme. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were an abundance of blankets and pillows available so we were comfortable. Walk to the parks was a little longer than stated in the listing, but still probably took the same about of time as finding parking and taking the tram would have. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our group of seven had a great Thanksgiving holiday at the Tiki house! Room for all of us to have space and relax after some long park days. The house was clean and just as described! We would love to stay again in the future!

We actually stayed at the Galaxy's Edge property. We originally tried to reserve the Tiki Village property, but it was already booked. The property manager was nice enough to let us know that it was taken and offered us one of their other properties. The Galaxy's Edge property had enough rooms for our family to spread out when we wanted our space and a nice open kitchen, dining, and living room to gather back as a family during dinners and movies. This is a great house if you want to split with another family since there were 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms. We really loved our stay here, especially since it was close to Disneyland.

Our family loved the Disney themed decorations and the spacious kitchen and dining area. The place was well maintained, organized and is just a few minutes to Disneyland. The host can easily be contacted via text or phone call. We will surely come back and refer this to our friends and families. Highly recommended!

The home was excellent. Clean and neat with plenty of room. We had 10 people but we never felt cramped. Walked to Disneyland 3 times. Very close. Great price for the location and size. Great communication from the management too.

Property is very cute but very dated. Sofas are very old and covered with blankets. House is old and falling apart. Surface level not kept very clean. Beds were fine and sheets clean. Cobwebs and dirty floors. Smeared greasy windows and counters. Kitchen electric went out leaving us without a fridge. Thankfully my husband had an extension cord and was able to save our food. Owner/manager was thankful for our troubleshooting! Maintenance was not able to resolve the issue as the electrical in the house had failed inside the wall. Electrical issue is concerning. The patio was terribly dirty covered in cobwebs and had to be hosed off in order to use it comfortably. Spa was not listed and cost extra to use. Super small and meant for 2 persons only. Overall the house served its purpose and our trip to Disney was perfect.

This house is just as fun as it looks! TVś in every room, gorgeous kitchen, about a 1 mile walk to the Disneyland monorail, quiet neighborhood... plenty of space for our family of 8 adults. There is a 2 car garage and two driveway spaces. Washer and dryer are new and located outside, just off the kitchen. Queen beds as well as the bunk/trundle were all very comfortable. King size bed could be a better mattress. Bathrooms were well appointed and there were plenty of towels. A very detailed contract was required to rent, but was easy enough to complete and we had no issues when we were there. The house was very clean and the owners communication was excellent. This house made our trip even more memorable and would highly recommend you consider it for yours!

This spacious and nicely decorated home fit our family of 7 perfectly and made a great home base for walking to Disneyland. What seems to be a garage on the outside actually makes for additional bedrooms inside; just don't plan on having a garage. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils & plenty of dishes, and there is plenty of seating. The owners are easy to contact and very helpful. We hadn't realized there was a hot tub until we actually arrived at the property so that was a nice bonus. We'd stay here again!

Great Host with Good Communication and large home for a family or two. Excellent Location, easily walk to and from Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California Adventure. Highly recommend this property for large family or two families who want to explore the parks and the area.

The whole process went very smoothly. House is close enough to DL that we just shuttled the family to and from in our rental car. Uber’d a couple times for a low cost. FYI, there is a hot tub for an extra daily fee.

Great kitchen, plenty of space, and perfect location! I contacted the owners a few times to ask questions and they were always extremely helpful, considerate, and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again. Actually, because I was so impressed with the owners, I would trust staying at any of their rentals. Thanks for the perfect place to allow our family to make memories!
