The hotel restaurant has good food. There's nice shopping mall in the ground floor.

Rooms have no fresh air. This hotel is quite far away from Nairobi national park.

the transport to airport is not free cost 25$. By mistake i did the reservation for 1 guest instead of 2 and we must pay 25 $ extra, but the room coast the same for 1 guest or 2 guest. Between the extra guest and the transfert to airport we pay 50 extra $ to the room. for the same price we could stay in the Hilton The breakfast was included but we don´t have anything because we left early to the airport

The location is fine but far from city center and other attractions. The room is spacious and neat.

The internet had issues for 3 days and was not rectified on time. Also, the hot water was not hot. The breakfast buffet is same every day and there are no varieties.

Very helpful staff especially Sylvia, nice breakfast, spacious clean rooms, amazing outdoor lounge/bar/dining area

All was great

the staff were very friendly. shout out to Boke from reception who helped us us to order a bolt and making sure we went to the right place. also restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for us. also lots of advice on where to go. situated in a short ride from the airport and train station perfect for a stopover or a couple of day quick visit. it’s a distance from the centre but if you get the transport to go on the expressway much quicker. The Wi-Fi was excellent even in the rooms.

bed was a bit short for my husband at 6.4ft but comfortable. nothing to do outside the hotel and some of the eating places are closed surrounding the hotel

sometimes the temperature of the water isn’t hot enough. reception and rooms are quiet far from each other. because the hotel is in a shopping center.

Staff, hot water, good food, driver had a sign with my name on it which was a big help. Night staff showed me to my room and how to use the facilities. Also showed me to the restaurant. Restaurant staff were quite attentive and even taught me some kiswahili.

Wasn't really a problem, but band from church services were loud. Was nice to awaken to praise, but wasn't expecting it and had only slept 4 hrs when they started setting up.

The shuttle service was on time and Seth was a wonderful driver! The location is a short 10 min drive from the airport but is easier accessed with the shuttle service as the highway road to get there is under construction and not easy to navigate. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The hotel room was HUGE and was well styled - felt modern and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We had to be at the airport by 5:30am the next day so the hotel organised two boxes of breakfast to take with us to the airport. The food was abundant, delicious and well packed! The staff, room and overall experience was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again. Their service and room offered is comparable to other more expensive hotels and is definitely worth it.

The brief online says they offer a free shuttle from the airport but the shuttle is only free one-way if you are using the hotel as an overnight stay for a layover. There is an extra charge of $30 for the returning shuttle. This should be made clear in the brief online as it is a bit misleading

The staff is extremely friendly, the quality of the accommodation is at a very high level. I liked the free shuttle to the airport, so we chose this hotel, which was a great surprise.

- the only "clash" we had was when paying for lunch on early check out. Unfortunately, it is not written anywhere, not at the booking.com or at the reception or in the restaurant, that they have the option of buffet lunch or dinner for hotel guests. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were only offered this option, but twice we were not answered the question of how much it costs. They only answered that 1 soft drink is included in the price. At early check out, we paid the lunch bill, which was not small, and we also received the bill for 2 juices (soft drinks, which were provided free of charge with the lunch, the waiter said). Anyway, everything was great in the hotel, except for this incident.
