This is the 2nd time we have stayed here - and our third stay is booked! A lovely home with excellent hosts. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture.

Really lovely and very big home with a fabulous back yard oasis, and the best grill ever! Pretty big for just the two of us but would be perfect for a big family gathering. Love the pool, and really appreciated the clear instructions left by the home owners on how to use everything.

This property is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. We hope to return!

Wonderful. What was advertised was just what we walked into and experienced. The instructions were accurate, helpful and made the stay very care free. Everything worked as advertised and we would rent this property from this owner again and again when in Southern California.

We have been renting homes through VRBO for over 20 years, everywhere from Hawaii to St. Thomas. I’ve learned that thorough vetting is important as we’ve been deceived by pictures vs reality several times. As others have mentioned, this house and the grounds are better than the photos. This is a very clean, well furnished home with nice Tommy Bahama themed decor. We appreciated that it was neither stark or cluttered, just tasteful and comfortable. The master bed is actually a sleep science king which we now realize may be our next bed! Our guests all commented on the comfort of the queens in the other 3 bedrooms. (Note: variety of pillow types was much appreciated). The kitchen is well stocked with adequate cookware and utensils. (Extra note: there were enough wine and champagne glasses to entertain with). It's in a very quiet, orderly neighborhood with a community of about 50 single family homes, accessed by gate. The neighborhood is close to Ralph's (across the street) and Costco which is approximately 1 1/2 miles away. It’s also central to Old Town La Quinta (recommend RD RNNR Sunday dinner specials and Stuft Pizza for great salads), Palm Desert (plethora of shopping and restaurant choices), and easy access to Palm Springs, (we recommend Sherman’s Deli for lunch). The pool and spa were just the right size for us and our occasional visitors. We loved listening to the spillover waterfall in the spa which turns off automatically at nighttime. I had occasion to communicate with both Larry and Deborah either before booking or with our questions during our 3 week stay. I found them to be easily accessible and very nice. This was a very super property for our needs. Had all the children and grandchildren visit throughout the month of March. Plenty of room and the pool and spa were a hit. This property is the best in location. Close to old town and shopping and great restaurants nearby plus got a week of golf in before all the visitors! Would do it again for sure....

The house had everything we needed and is amazing, the pictures do not show how nice it is. Very close to groceries, restaurants, Old Town La Quinta and a short drive to The Cove hiking trails. We wished we stayed longer, we will return!

Everything was great. Stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and so nice. Spent time on the phone with us the first day to walk us through some things we had questions on! The home was well appointed and looked just like the photo! Perfect! Will be returning!

Family of 5 stayed here for 3 weeks. The beautiful home is located in a quiet gated community that is convenient to shopping and dining. As previous reviewers have stated, the home and backyard have many amenities and comforts so you quickly feel like you're at home. For those that have to do some work while away, they have strong wifi and a printer/fax available. However there is only one small desk located in the kitchen, so private online meetings/workspace may need to be makeshift. Thank you Larry & Deborah for sharing your home!

A few friends and I rented this property for a month to get a away from the city and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The house had all the amenities we needed, high speed internet, and a great backyard. Larry and Deborah were extremely helpful getting us acquainted with the property but no overburdening. Would certainly rent again!

This is a very attractive property in a well manicured, gated community, and the owners are excellent hosts. The property itself is located near Old Town La Quinta, close to many excellent golf courses, Ralph's grocery store, shopping centers and much more. It is well stocked with all sorts of high quality amenities: kitchen gadgets, towels, televisions, and so-on. The back yard is a great place to relax, and there is a gas fire pit for when it cools off in the evening. The pool/spa is easy to control and very inviting. The garage is spacious, clean and tidy. The owners were very quick to resolve any minor problems that we encountered. When we had a problem or question, Larry would either walk us through the solution, or else he would find somebody who would fix it for us quickly. Larry did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely come back here in the near future.

Thank you so much Larry and Deborah for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house more than met our expectations. There was plenty of room for our whole family and the media system was awesome. Our grandchildren also enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. You were both so helpful in returning calls when any little issue popped up. We would definitely like to come back in the future!

Friends and I stayed here for my birthday getaway weekend and we loved this property. This house has it all... a fantastic pool, jacuzzi, outdoor seating around a fireplace, an elevated Outdoor BBQ bar, a spacious interior with beautiful furniture, a dream kitchen. They even have a Pac-Man machine (too fun)! This place is perfect for some R&R. Although we never wanted to leave, the house is conveniently located in a gated community next to a grocery store, nearby restaurants, and a short drive to all that Coachella Valley has to offer. One day we went to The Living Desert which was a quick drive and a lot of fun! I highly recommend this home!

The preoperty was exactly as advertised and more. The home is beautifully decorated so when we went for my friends bithday we were able to take pictures and it was luxurious looking. The pool and spa were fantastic and there was a tanning shelf in the pool that we enjoyed with an umbrella. BBQ was good for when we wanted to stay in and not go out to dinner and we were able to play music over the sound system throughout the house and in the backyard. Ralphs is right across the street so grocery runs were quick and easy. They have flat screens in most of the rooms and we were able to use our Netflix account to watch movies and they had cable too. Private rooms with comfy beds and ample garage and street parking in this gated community felt like the ultimate home away from home. Will definitely be back next year!

This house was awesome. Very nice neighborhood, great backyard/pool. We will be back!

My family of five and I had a wonderful visit over Thanksgiving. Deborah and Larry were very accommodating and responsive leading up to and during our stay. The home is in a great location close to shopping and every activity you can think of to take advantage of in the desert: biking, hiking, golf, resorts, Living Desert, etc. Having said that, you don’t really need to leave as the pool and Jacuzzi are right in your own backyard not to mention a grill, fire pit, outdoor speakers, etc. The home itself is spacious, clean and updated. Our kids said they’d rather come back here than go to Hawaii! We will be back to this home
