We absolutely loved our stay! You can't be the location, steps from the sand! The owner was extremely communicative any time something came up. The house is equipped with pretty much anything you need! Having the pool table and ping pong table was a big bonus. We will be back!

This house is by far the best beach house we have stayed in. It is huge. It has an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. The basement has a pool table and ping pong table for those rainy times. We had a couple of issues during a crazy storm where it was raining sideways. The issues were taken care of quickly by the owner. Michael, the owner, was very quick to take care of any questions or issues we had. The house is right on the beach and has its own pool and hot tub. The house sits in a very private area of the beach. Do not hesitate to rent this gem of a beach house.

This house was great for our family (6 adults and 1 infant). The rooms are large and the views fantastic! There are lots of pool and beach toys / chairs / etc. available, making it quite easy to enjoy the amenities. Walking on the beach during low tide was particularly fascinating! And, the house is close to many restaurants and stores.

Our family had the most AMAZING beach vacation staying in this beautiful home! This was our first time visiting Fort Myers Beach and we were not disappointed! We loved every aspect of this house; the close location to the beach was unreal! We appreciated its proximity to the airport, grocery store, restaurants and night life. The amenities were the best of any beach house we have ever stayed in! No need to worry about anything! Just show up and let the relaxation begin. It was the perfect beach vacation for our entire family. We can’t wait to return! Thanks Mike and Sherri for creating such an amazing place for families to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Location of the property was perfect and was the right size for our 6 adults and 2 children. The issue which we had to deal with was the fact that upon our arrival the roof of the house was under construction to replace tiles. The swimming pool was covered with a tarp that was full of dirty water and rocks. The construction was scheduled to last during our whole stay causing us not to be able to use the pool and causing a hazard for my family with falling debris. My sons and I convinced the workers that they were not able to work with us in the house when they returned . Many attempts were made to contact the owner by both us, the workers' boss, and vrbo. The owner finally called us the next afternoon and said he was unaware of the scheduled construction. Once the construction workers were gone and the pool was usable, we had a great family celebration.

Unfortunately I had to have my appendix taken out on the second day. I didn’t get to enjoy this beautiful place. The house had do many extras I sure hope I get to stay here again in the future. Kristy and Brent

My husband and I were here for the last week in March with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. The Villa is perfect, the view is fantastic, and the furnishings are lovely. In addition to a big screen living room TV, there were TVs in every bedroom and the cable service included a classical music station (850) that was much appreciated. We also particularly enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, both in the front and in the back. The back plantings made for such an intimate and private experience, poolside. In addition, the section of the beach where the villa is located was never crowded. Just ideal in so many ways all of which contributed to a most relaxing and refreshing week.
We also enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong table and all the chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and bikes that were made available to us. Thank you Mike and Sherri!

Property was beautiful. Just a few yards from the water. Plenty of “ toys “ to keep the entire family happy. There is still a lot of destruction from Hurricane Ira. Many of the restaurants are closed or operating out of tents or food trucks. The elevator made the multi- story unit manageable for the seniors in our group.

Amazing how nice this rental was post hurricane. The house is exactly what the description says. Location is great, walked the beach every mornings. Enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Sat on the balcony at night looking at the stars and the shoreline. Sunsets were awesome on the beach.

This is hands down the nicest beach house where our family has ever stayed. It is RIGHT on the the beach and the amenities are amazing. From the bikes and fishing gear in the garage, to the wonderful appliances, to the well stocked kitchen, to the plentiful pool toys, everything was beyond expectation.
And the beach is so perfect. White sands and blue waters. I cannot recommend it enough.
Mike, our host, was so kind and generous and always available to answer questions.

Our family had the privilege to be the first to stay here after the remodel from Hurricane Ian. The house was beyond gorgeous! Every inch of the property was perfect. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach getaway was there for us. There was a family staying next door and we couldn’t hear them at all. The beach was not crowded at all, even on the 4th of July. We got to see tons of different birds, very colorful lizards, dolphins, and even a manatee! This beach house became our home for a week and spoiled us for life!!

Another Fabulous Stay
This was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful house on Estero Island and it was another incredible week. We could not ask for anything more from this house and the owners.
First it is far enough away from the main area of Ft. Meyers beach so it is very quite and serene. Second it is literally steps from the beach....that is if you do not stop at the beautiful pool first. Nothing beats sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning watching for Dolphins and listening to the waves.
The house has everything you could ever want and more. Every time we needed something it simply took us a moment to look around but we always found it. From what is needed in the kitchen to beach chairs/toys and floats for the pool. It even had a beach canopy which comes in handy under the Florida sun.
The garage is huge and we were able to fit a Suburban and a Silverado side by side with enough room for everything else.
The final thing that sets this house apart from others is the elevator. What a godsend. No need to lug stuff up and down the flights of stairs. Just load it in the elevator and away you go.
Second visit was as great as the first visit in 2021 and we already booked again for 2023.

Relaxation on the Beach
We were very pleased with this property. Great communication with the owners. The house had everything we needed both inside and out. The location and beach were wonderful! The house was located far enough from the "busy" part of the beach, yet within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the pier. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great time!

Our Fort Myers Family Vacation was awesome!!
Mike & Sherri's house was beautiful. It was spacious, and nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The Master Bathroom was amazing.
The grill was nice. The elevator was very helpful at times. The Location was nice right on the beach. It had everything we needed for enjoying our own private pool including, inflatables, pool toys, towels etc. and the beach was wonderful. We had beach equipment, umbrellas, beach cart. They had bikes, pool table and ping pong table available to use. Lots to keep everyone busy. We had a couple minor issues that they quickly took care of. The best thing we can say about this Vrbo location is that we would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Mike and Sherri

Overall property was good. Had some construction and appliance maintenance issues occurring during our stay. Owner seemed to be genuinely concerned about our stay and overall experience, despite the construction noise.

Memorial Day Week 2022
This house and location is amazing. Mike has truly made this a home and not just a house. He has thought of everything and was very easy to contact and answer any questions we had. My family absolutely loved everything about it. The neighbors were in town as well and we spent some time on the beach with them and they truly made this vacation perfect. Beach House
This house was a perfect location for the beach. It was great having a pool as well. It was close to catch the tram to go to restaurants and shopping in Times Square. The house could use a deep clean and declutter. Some of the closets were too full for guest to hang clothing. The fridge and freezer really need to be replaced. They worked, but lots of ice on items we took out of freezer. Having the ice maker was awesome. We had a maintenance guy come and replace light bulbs, however he couldn't fix the lights and fan in the master bath. He thought it might be a beaker and would require a work order from owner. Overall we thoughly enjoyed our stay.

We had 8 family members... and the home was perfect! Pool and hot tub were so warm... and the beach is SO BEAUTIFUL! We love the location... easy to walk or bike to lots of food and shopping! I've been to ft myers many times, but this was my favorite! PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!!

Lady time at the beach
A great place for the seven ladies to enjoy the beach and time together. We just wish the pool was a bit cleaner and that the hot tub heated properly every day. Mike was very responsive to any and all our inquiries. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again.

Just a Fantastic Vacation Place
We travelled Dec 26 - Jan 2 2022, and had just an amazing time here. Our 23 y/o son had one room to himself, our daughter and her husband and 3 kids took the Master, and my wife and I had the other upper BR. House is just beautiful, everything you need for a kitchen is there. The commercial ice machine is a real bonus - makes creating pina coladas and other icy drinks easy, great to access for drinks that just need ice added. Pool was nice and clean, lots of pool toys - enough to keep our 3 and 7 y/o grandchildren occupied and not bored. Every beach toy you could need is included. Mike was a joy to work with and went above and beyond to address a few minor issues - even a missing sink stopper was fixed - he sent an order from Publix within an hour of my ask. The only thing I do wish was taken care of was the gas for the grill. The tank ran out and I didn't see that one of the other tanks was able to be used. If they could just ensure the refills were ready to go, that would be the ONLY suggestion I could make.
Overall - our family of 8 had a magical time at this house. We could not have asked for a nicer, cleaner place with every need taken care of. It will be a memory we'll cherish forever. Now I just have to keep them all at bay as no one wanted to leave and everyone is ready to go back again ASAP - truly a vacation spot we all enjoyed immensely.

30th Birthday vacation
My family (3 kids under 3 and 4 adults) and I stayed at this beautiful home for my 30th. The house is big and beautiful and its on the beach which is extremely perfect! The pool is great and love that they had beach toys that we could use! The only down side was that the house was not very clean and when you have crawling infants thus to me is very important. For example the rugs on the main floor where we spent most of our time were very obviously not vacuumed and the floor didn't feel swept or mopped. Under the main floor couches there was food and pacifier was also found under there. The carpet upstairs was not well vacuumed. All the fans in the house had a lot of dust on them. It just didn't feel or look professionally cleaned which is very much expected when paying so much money to stay there. One recommendation also since the house does have a full kitchen we suggest having a can opener. We couldn't find one and had to use a knife to open. However, we asked the home owner for a slow cooker and they did provide one! The owner responds very promptly.
