Friendly welcome and simple yet pleasant room. Clean and centrally located. They also took care of little details like a toothbrush, comb etc.

Everything was more than amazing. The family running it couldn't be kinder. A lovely lady and her son, who are there all the time and really go out of the way to help you as much as possible. I had such a lovely time. It's also super clean and comfortable, the location is great and it's really good value for money - I hope to come back soon.

Clean room, exceptional wifi. The location on a tiny quiet street, but close to the center of the city. Ling was very kind and helpful! Air conditioning was working!

some people might not like the climbing, as this is a 6 story hotel. But the more you climb, the nicer is the view you get!

Room was comfortable, fast and reliable wifi so I was able to get work done from my room. Location was good, most places within the city centre were walkable. Basic but you get what you pay for!

The hosts were welcoming and supportive. My trip was short but really satisfied and enjoyable. When my reserved room was ended, the host offered me a free space to rest and leave my luggage to wait for my flight, which I appreciated a lot

Location was probably the best one can get. You cannot have better hosts than this. extremely helpful, polite and accommodating

It was clean and easy to get around from there. The family was helpful when we asked questions.

Our check-in was not very warm, just handed us the key and told us to go up to the room. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and we were on the seventh floor so it was quite hot. They offered to have someone come and clean it so it may work better but our room was so small we didn’t want the dust to be all over our bed and stuff. We ended up leaving the windows open at night and staying out all day.

Was big enough for the price! Also clean enough! Also the good thing was it was in the middle of the local space at the same time was close to the main area + The staff was friendly too 😀

We had an excellent 1-week stay at this property! Loved everything about it. The host was like a Vietnamese mama to us 😁. Very warm, welcoming, accommodating and kind. She invited us and the other guests for dinner one night. We all had awesome local food and good times getting to know each other. She spent so much time preparing all the food for us simply because it brings her so much joy. She even made special vegetarian options for the guests who didn't eat meat. It truly felt like being around family, so I would highly recommend to those travelers who've been on the road for quite some time and are missing those warm, communal vibes. Also, the next morning she prepared breakfast for us completely free of charge. (Although it's not always easy to communicate with her due to the language barrier, it's so impressive that she learnt English in just about 3 months by using Google translate). Very inspiring and impressive lady The location is also very good. Can walk to pretty much all the points of interest. The place is also a bit tucked away from the main road so it's really not loud despite it still being only aviut 3 min walk from one of the main streets, which is very convenient.

The bathroom was adequate. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water temperature wasn't very hot.

The hosts very extremely friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean and comfortable.

The 4 ppl room in the first floor has a glass door and is facing the staircase. Acoustically speaking you're basically sitting in the reception area which is a bit annoying as there is always some ppl coming and going at night.
