What a great place!! It was clean, comfy and well-stocked! We arrived late in the evening and I figured I'd have to make a morning run for coffee, but was happily surprised to find k-cups (and creamer!) in the pantry. Then I realized I forgot to pack sunscreen against the hot AZ sun but found it was also stocked along with fluffy, wonderful pool towels! I reached out to Kari with a couple questions and received a prompt response. As others have commented as well, the backyard is amazing.. the pool with water feature was perfect relief from the heat and we enjoyed dinner outside. We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great about this property, the location, cleanliness, ease of Check in and Check out. The location was great and close to plenty of amenities. Very quiet neighborhood as well.
The only downside my bf mentioned was that the tv kicked out once in a while since it’s on wifi and that an upgrade on the bbq grill would be nice. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and am looking at rebooking later this year. :)

Wonderful place for the two of us. Not too big not too small. The house is well appointed from the kitchen to the bath and everything in between. The backyard is where the house really shines. The pool area is great! Plenty of patio furniture to relax on. Enjoyed our meals outside every day. The covered area with outdoor TV is a great touch… especially the misters.
The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Overall a nice house with a fantastic pool.

We came to the Phoenix are for the NCAA Final Four. The house was in a great location for the game at State Farm Stadium. The backyard was amazing. We spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool.

The house and backyard were in great shape, fully stocked and as-advertised. Location was great for catching Padres spring training games. However, the house smelled like previous tenants were heavy indoor smokers. Seemed like they had tried to get rid of the smell, but it was still strong and even lasted on our clothes long after we returned home. Other than the old tobacco smell, everything else was 5/5.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was great. We didnt know the pool wasnt heated until we arrived so we were a little disappointed we couldnt swim. The house was very close to 3 Spring Training baseball stadiums. Its very close to Walmart, Costco, and Sams Club. The wifi in the house was cutting out while we were there and the owner responded to my text right away and had the cable company out the next day to fix it. This was a great place to relax and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and plenty of space for the six of us (including to young children). In addition to the pool and all the pool toys, there is a playground that is about 100 yards away down the street, and that was a great bonus for our children. The pool is NOT heated even though there is a pool heater on the property, so that part was confusing. Also, we had to call the property manager because nearly all of the propane tanks for the outdoor heaters were completely empty. She was nice but lives out of state so she initially suggested that we go get new propane tanks ourselves which we found as an unacceptable request while we’re on vacation. The property management needs to take care of issues with the property, not the guests. She did resolve the issue by calling up some of her local friends to take care of the propane tank refills. Overall, we would recommend staying here but the management team needs to out in place local staff to address any issues that arise during guest stays.

My wife and I booked this stay to take a break from the midwest winter and we could not have been more satisfied. The home is very nice and included everything that we needed. The outdoor living space is great and the location is perfect. We would definitely stay again.

This property exceeded all my expectations. My family of 6 adults was in town for a family memorial, and this house was perfect. It is well appointed, extremely clean, and all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a "Paradise." Although it was too cold in January to use the pool, we ate late breakfast in the backyard each day, and the sun and air were perfect. I had one question while we were there, and I was able to reach the contact within minutes, and the issue was immediately resolved.I highly recommend this property and will try to stay there again in the future.

This was our first time using VRBO and this type is stay. We had 3 generations in the house and it was excellent. Everyone had space to relax and really enjoy themselves. The outdoor space was awesome. Plenty of seating options, the grill and of course pool made it extra special. We were close to all the things we wanted to. Neighbors were super nice. I would highly recommend and plan to stay there again next time we’re in Arizona.

Needed a place to stay for my family. Had my wife and I, oldest daughter, youngest daughter and son-in-law, and oldest grandchild (son). This was cheaper for all of us to stay together, than 3 hotel rooms for 5 days. My wife is already taking about renting this house again when my AZ family has a big event. This house was homey, but elegant. Comfortable and beautiful. Kids enjoyed the pool and sitting outside in the backyard in the evening.
