Vincent was the kindest host. He took extra care to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was phenomenal!! He even took us into town to save us taxifare. This is a very special bnb.

That our stay was so short.

This was my second stay here. We had a great first experience. It's a lovely building that feels secluded. The host is incredibly welcoming and the rooms are spacious, including mine which had a large tub. My favorite, however, is the breakfast which is completely over the top by French standards: crepes, cheese/charcuterie buffet, eggs/bacon, and croissants. Best I've had in France.

Everything the rooms were clean, large and comfortable, good size comfy bed. The breakfast that Vincent puts on is phenomenal there is everything on the table you need, continental breakfast, freshly cooked crepes and croissants he’ll even cook you breakfast too the man is a genius. The evening meal you can pre book with him is exceptional and the food just keeps coming, it is very very good value for money. Nothing is too much for Vincent and his wife Corina they go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay they are a wonderful friendly couple. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Vincent and Corina for making our stay so wonderful. Teresa and Joe

I can’t think of anything. If you want a place in the center of Bayeux this is not for you. Otherwise, excellent choice.

The location of the chateau was perfect for visiting Normandy. The chateau was charming and very roomy, and our breakfasts were amazing. Vincent puts on a wonderful breakfast spread which included crepes, eggs, fruit, croissants and much more. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the lawn and enjoying some of the French cider we had purchased during our travels. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant antique-furnished room on the ground floor with a window onto the garden. Amazing home-prepared breakfast with home-made jams, endless home-made crêpes, excellent croissants, delicious local butter. Other guests said that the cooking at dinner was outstanding (but alas the host needs to be notified in advanced, to buy the food).

It was lovely. Maybe one day they will be able to change the flooring in the bedroom, which did not live up to the furnishings or to the lovely old tiles in the hall, since not was synthetic wood. That would make the room even nicer.

The best stay in Normandy. In fact the best stay in France. We liked everything, starting with the location, 8 minutes to Bayeux, the host, the room, the breakfast. By the way, amazing breakfast, thank you very much for les crepes et l'omellete. Beautiful restored, interesting history, careful for the past of the chateau. We strongly recommend this place for a family. Merci beaucoup. All the best.

John was wonderful - very helpful & accomodating. He is an excellent chef & prepared the best breakfast ever! It was a gormet spread with so many choices. The best breakfast by far! Accomodation was comfortable & clean. The setting was beautiful & interesting.
