Very beautiful hostel. Service very nice and friendly. No unnecessary comments or discussions. Very helpful and kind. It is worth visiting this place.

I appreciated the kindness of the staff that was really helpful and available to listen our problems and to suggest solutions.

Our stay was really short because of very different problems. first of all, as soon as we were doing the check in, we were informed by the staff that hot water was missing in the main building where all the rooms are located. So showering was possibile as long as we walked to the other building, and this was really uncomfortable considering the bad weather. Secondly, we booked a private room but the room that was assigned to us was already occupied by other guests. The staff understood the mistake and gave us another room. Unfortunately the new room was a nightmare. We found a tray on one bed full with a weird liquid, all the bed sheets and blankets were covered by dust and this was not acceptable (especially because among us there were people suffering form dust allergy). to conclude, there was a bad smell all over the building we were supposed to sleep. We decided to leave and kindly asked a refund to the staff. He was really helpful and totally understood the situation, agreeing to give us back what we payed. indeed the staff is the only thing I would recommend

Misleading advertisement - the main building, mansion is NOT for hostel use other than for breakfast. It is rented for private functions most of the time - both days I was there and hostel guests were NOT informed prior to booking on booking.com. That pictured mansion and it's garden are forbidden to us most of the time which is misleading advertisement and dishonest practice against the EU Consumer protection Law.

As above . Directed to stay in a bungalow all the time. Not possible to open window and with 8 in the dorm absolutely unhealthy. Hamburger overpriced at € 16.50. No shower gel in shower room. No toilet paper.

Embedded to the wandelroute, nice breakfast, cosy room and friendly staff. Diner/eating room has a nice foggy view in the morning.

The metal sink looks good but not very functional, and very loud.

It was a littlebit difficult to find the right house. It would be better to have a sign for the reception and a sign for the Hostel.

It is really an amazing looking hotel in beautiful location. Hotel itself looks like old castle and it is surrounded by quiet nature, canal and huge park. If you want to stay close to the big city, but not in the city itself, and you love nature and peace - this hotel is a perfect place. Rooms quality was okay, acceptable for this price. And the breakfast was really tasty and much to choose.

The only thing was that in the room there were definitely not enough electricity sockets to charge phone. In our 8 people room, there were only 3 of them.... there should definitely be much more
