Great time at the Lago resort. Huge room with two terraces with sunbeds and tables. Comfortable bed and nice touch with free frigo bar at the arrival. The breakfast was something to look forward every morning. Moët pool party with Braulio ensuring we had our drinks and always bringing good vibes. From the breakfast Katy and Laura were exceptionally nice to us. Definitely recommend and as I promised to Braulio we will be back. Maybe receptionists could be bit happier; they were average compared to the rest of the members of staff which made our holiday special!

Tienes que pagar mucho por las camas balinesas. Con lo que pagas por la estancia almenos te deberian regalar un dia, por gentileza.

Le spa est soit disant réservé pour 6 personnes maximum et nous étions 10, je suis donc aller me plaindre à l’accueil en demandant à parler au responsable car ça faisait déjà plusieurs choses qui n’allait pas, on m’a dit le responsable va vous appeler et il ne m’a jamais appelé, on n’a même pas eu d’excuse rien. À 42€ le spa pour deux personnes c’est une honte de même pas pouvoir profiter de tout les dispositifs du spa car trop nombreux. Après le téléphone de la chambre ne marchait pas on s’est rendu compte qu’il n’y avait même pas de piles dedans et pour couronner le tout la
Chambre avait une très mauvaise odeur d’égout les premiers jours on n’est allé se plaindre à l’accueil et ils nous ont envoyé la maintenance qui a découvert que au niveau de la bouche d’évacuation de la douche le clapet n’était pas fermé ce qui laissait échapper des odeurs immondes bref une énorme déception.

Very disappointed with our balcony as the sun beds were not as shown on booking.com. Very uncomfortable and unusable. Balcony dirty and tired.

The location was superb, across the road from a lovely beach and just a few mins walk from the Marina and a selection of restaurants. The suite was v spacious and v clean. The breakfast buffet had lots of vhoice. The spa at the resort was v relaxing.

pool was enclosed by cabooses and Bali beds that were chargeable - never, ever in 30 years of holidaying have we ever experienced this! As a paying hotel guest felt like we were relegated to ‘steerage’ and really not acceptable in this day and age fir people less able as people like me struggled to navigate on the dreadful grit that the ‘steerage’ class were resigned to. and it’s not true that most rooms had sun loungers that was a myth made up by management on Tripadvisor. you mainly had a small table and two metal upright chairs. management totally absent which would have made all the difference to pool areas and the breakfast shark feeding frenzie every morning - whatever time you went. desperately need to buy glasses and cups snd drink dispensing machines that work .

one of the best 5 star resorts we have stopped in in Europe.
we had a suite in del lago with a pool and it was perfect
the pillows were narrow and not that comfortable.
and the staff member by the pool was a little pushy but apart from that it was perfect

lovely property very clean everywhere you went, we loved watching the lawn mower 😂 breakfast was lovely as was the staff working there
we had a crack in our toilet which we showed them on our arrival but no one seemed concerned, but worried us a little as didn’t want them to think it was us. this was our only negative as everything else was really good

Loved the cool beach vibe, bleached furniture, comfy rooms, the pool bar/ restaurant and daily live pool music.. and the staff who were lovely
We went for half board and there is a dine around option for 3 other restaurants.. but they are too basic, the set menu choices mean (especially the Italian which was very poor) and if the hotel is adults only why send you to the paired restaurants with soft play areas??? This could be much better.. the best was the Brazilian..

it was easy and had clean bed and room
for the price, compared to other hotels at similar price points I would have expected more. from
size of the room, to having to pay for the nice sunbeds it wasn’t as expected. we had great service from Sergio but some of the other staff were rude and unhelpful.

Food was amazing!! Staff are very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Everything was very clean.
Wifi was not very good. Needed to pay extra for parking which wasn’t very clear on the website. Also needed to pay extra to use the swimming pool double beds.
