Great location and setting. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. Bar staff were friendly and helpful, drinks and food reasonably priced and ok quality. The room is an average size and the kitchenette is fine, the bed was huge and very comfortable.

Just a few things that were frustrating more than anything, arrived late at night with a 6 month old baby having requested a cot and confirmed it would be available, it wasn’t and wasn’t available until the next day. No water provided in the room either so had to go to a bar over the road to buy some. Pool towels require a €10 euro deposit but this has to be paid in cash, they don’t have a cash point so had to go to the shop to use the ATM. Not sure why this just can’t be a holding charge against your final bill/room in the same way as bar/food charges? It is also worth noting the beach is lovely but nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel just had direct access, it’ll still cost you €25 for a parasol and 2 sun beds each day. We did like the place and the staff overall but for the price paid it didn’t quite feel value for money

breakfast was exceptional. the pool area is lovely and the hotel is close to the beach. parking was never an issue either.

the towel deposit was ridiculous for an establishment of that caliber, if towels aren’t returned then guests can sign that they will pay. you also had to pay to ask for new towels to exchange which I found odd again for such a nice hotel. The location wasn’t my favorite as it was near a very populated beach, however it was close to Ciutadella and there was plenty to do nearby.

Location was good and apartments were small but comfortable with nice view of pool and beach. I was on the ground floor and had a day bed

Day bed was in shade most of the day. Staff didn't seem to want people there and were quite rude. I decided to change my booking to include breakfast and paid for my stay at reception, when I tried to enter the breakfast room afterwards I was told I hadn't paid, I showed them my receipt, after staff made numerous calls to reception and left me standing for 15 minutes outside feeling very uncomfortable we were allowed in. That happened 2 more times then on the 4th day it got much worse as the waiter was very aggressive sounding and then proceeded to insist on taking photographs of my receipt! I spoke to reception twice about this breakfast fiasco but they were very disinterested and just waved me away with not even an apology or a promise to update my change of board. We felt very uncomfortable being stopped outside daily in full view of everyone watching like we were criminals being accused of trying to steal some tea and toast! At 15 euros each a day, it was just not worth the daily embarrassment. I would not return to this hotel

The swimming pool with the view for the beach is def the best part of the hotel. The piña colada prepared by the bartender gustavo was also one of the best part of the hotel.

The staff weren't all friendly, very few exceptions were really nice (the bartender gustavo and one or two receptionist were friendly), the towels weren't changed everyday and the room wasn't proper cleaned everyday. When I booked I asked for a room with sea view, however, my main view was from the apartment in front of mine and the street. I could see a small part of the sea, but it definitely wasn't a proper sea view, mainly for the price I was paying. This sort of view should be specified in the room description as street and the front apartment view. The pool for children and adults is the same, the day I was, probably some child, pooped in the pool and the pool had to be closed for the rest of the day.
