Excellent staff that went the extra mile with everything. We had an issue in our villa with plumbing, it happens. They very quickly helped us transfer to new villa for our final night. Lovely complex, very clean. Swimming pools are great with lifeguard in attendance reception staff excellent . Bar / restaurant equally excellent. Elias is smashing young man and his mini complementary tapas with drinks are quality. Thank you to you all , we enjoyed our holiday. Only 10 mins walk max to beautiful harbour of Cala'n Bosch

My two daughters said single beds weren't comfy. However, our double was up to standards.

The receptionist Martha and Tessa are exceptional. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and they even let us do late checkout free of charge. Very good value for money. They have the best staff. The bed is very comfortable and nice shower.

The only downside was the aircon, is quite old and doesn't work properly but they gave a fan which helped a lot. I hope they fix this issue.

It was a 10 minute walk from the harbour yet it was so peaceful and friendly Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure you were happy & to make you feel welcome.

All staff from the resort were very friendly (including the restaurant). Great location with parking.

On arrival the receptionist was very good. I had pre paid for the room which caused a little confusion, but once the correct reference number was found all was well. The room was a lot bigger and more comfortable than I was expecting. Also it was a very nice surprise to have the outside area.

On the way back in the evening about 9.30 pm I wanted a drink at the bar. It was not possible to find any staff.

Everything OK.

Everything. The location, the villa, the breakfast, the pool, it was quiet and leisurely even though most of the villas were occupied. Convenient well stocked supermarkets within easy reach and the port was only a short walk from the villa. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much tricky e and they sorted problems out quick and efficiently.

We would have liked to been a little closer to the pool as I have mobility problems and we had a little one under a year. But it was very accessible even for me.

Pool area beds and umbrellas could do with being updated, but the hotel has been closed for 2 years so it is understandable that everything isn't perfect immediately

The pool was really nice, the apartment was big, had 2 bathroom, air conditioning and nice outdoor place. Also kitchen was well equipped (there was salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, nice details). From the staff, Tessa was a real star, very polite, smiley and helpful! Really great place for a family holiday!

The receptionist of the afternoon, Isabel, she had quite an attitude and was not very helpful, which is not a very good combination. She definitely would need training. They didn’t offer towels for the pool, not a huge deal but would have been great.

Staff were extremely friendly. The pool area was very clean, they washed it every day and it was very pleasant, with lounge chairs and shadow. Our villa was very quiet and with a nice terrace. Very good fridge and we found everything we need. Breakfast was correct, with fresh fruit and plenty of options. Pool was accesible the whole day and the water temperature and cleanless perfect

The property was very quiet and accommodating. We had the pool completely to ourselves . The villas were really spacious and we were able to have a late check out - we were after a relaxing time & we got that 100%!

The villas do need updating - Cala n Bosch itself has closed as a resort - so places to eat were very very limited as were supermarkets to buy food - however - there were kitchen opportunities in the villa & the bar was open in the hotel if needed.
