Ikke hyggelig å bli møtt med at du ikke er på gjestelista, på tross av bekreftet bestilling. Men det ordnet seg.

We arrived for a one night stay When the parking wasn’t immediately clear . Thanks to the porter ( Fergal I think) He sorted our car dilemma in a very seamless manner. We really appreciated that

Didnt have it..went to cafe ..wasn't told it was 18 euros extra..also 20 parking charge
Dinner was insipid..sliced breaded chicken, dry, chips dry, 1/2 banana, no coating on pineapple...chefs should know chicken Maryland is battered or crumbled breast of chicken on the bone served with bacon , rashers.fruit, tomato, peas, chips

A very nice hotel to stay in. Nice staff, great location to walk around. Parking is nice. I ate out and did not try the food there.

The food at breakfast and the service were both very well done. Wonderful way to start the day.
Having to get my own luggage after it being put in an alcove for safe keeping until check in.

Location is top notch. Right near the train station, and the center of it all, but not noisy. Very walkable to anywhere you want to be. Loved the layout of the stairs in front for easy in & out - no waiting on lifts.
I can't think of a single thing I would change.

Car parking is a challenge. Decor needs face-lift.

Location is good
The price of €450 for Monday & Tuesday and then pay an extra €12 per night for parking and if you take your car out during the day it's an extra €12 each time you take it out. Breakfast cost an extra €18 per person each day. Welcome to rip off Galway
