The staff is awesome. Very king and helpful. Should definitely be told that they are doing a great job. We will be back soon.

Reception staff were very friendly & helpful - there was a small pool and free parking.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet smelled. We were missing towels when we arrived and housekeeping gave me a hard time when I asked for the missing items.

I came late and the staff dealt with it in a really nice way

Very reachable from the highway, and also close enough (by car) to the city centre, it is a great spot when travelling and also helpful to see a bit of Beziers. The swimming pool looks nice (no time to use it) and the breakfast was good. The place was very calm, and the staff were extremely friendly and useful.

Not a problem for us but it seemed like there were only stairs to reach the top floor. In a hotel that is probably used often by travellers passing by, later check-in times or a small bar available could be a great addition.

we arrived around 8.30pm and Flavie was very helpful in directing us for somewhere to eat. only a 10 minute drive. The two rooms we had were immaculate and having a big car with bikes on the back - parking was great and very secure.

Very poor selection for breakfast. Having no restaurant or bar was disappointment. R3cepti9nist was very helpful and got us a table at a very nice restaurant which we used a taxi to go to €50,
