Near from central train station

Wi-fi didn't reach our room (4th floor). One heater didn't work. One floor light didn't work. TV controller didn't work. Hair drier should have been in the room but it was missing. I told that to the staff at the front desk but she didn't solve any problem.

The hotel is nearby to the trainstation, which makes it perfect for travelers. It is clean and well taken care of, and the personal is more than noble and friendly. They are incredibly polite, and they made my stay a blessing.

Nothing to add here.

When I came to room it was cold but I was able to regulate temperature, so ok

if iI could, i would give this hotel MINUS points. Never see such things traveling so many years. THE HOTEL DON'T CARE their customers. The customers WOULD NOT BE ENTERED hotel check-in or put luggage first between 11:00-15:00. But they don't inform customer in advance or put information on booking site. When I arrive around 13:00 , there is a couple have same problem .CAN'T GET IN. So they means they have serious SOP problem when dealing communicaton with problem. The hotel only put a notice on door. Ask customer to check in after 15:00 leave two emergency call number which no one answer the emergency call. "what kind of emergency call"???no one answer The réceptionist male guy would not take complain or dicuss with extremely bad attitude. , even told the customer could leave right away. if not happy. He thinks he's employee has no responsibility and don't have to listen all .be very rude to customers. When trying to talk .or dicuss with more gentle tone,Totally rejected. And being given a key without any further explanation. Never see such a thing in hosptality. Totally a disqualified hotel and poor trained-employee. And the TV without signal. so the hotel just disconnected the power cord. And a not steady WIFi. totally a Disaster stay experince in my whole life.

The internet never worked for me at the room.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, shower was good.

Breakfast was very limited for the price. Curtains didn't fully cover window. No kettle, no iron. Inside of cupboard was broken. Staircase smelt like drains. Wifi doesn't work. You can connect by their package is so low no pages actually open.
