Excellent location,near to the station and the central in a good area.Staff is kind,rooms are clean.

Superior classification,but the shower head holder was broken and missing, and the refrigerator did not work.

IT IS A VERY GOOG, CENTRAL LOCATION, QUITE AND NEAR MAQUEDA STR. WHICH IS THE CENTER.

IF THE AIR CONDITION WORKED BETTER. BUT I MUST SAY THAT THE STAFF DID EVERYTHING FOR US TO BE CONFORTABLE.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had been moved to 55 Aira Hotel in Palermo. The 55 Aira Hotel was brilliant! Close to the railway and bus station (1 min walk). So if you plan trips around Sicily by bus/train, this hotel is the best option. Great breakfast, with lots of croissants and coffee plus hot chocolate, loved by my child. The room was perfectly cleaned and the beds being done every day, plus fresh towels and supply of shower/body toiletries each day. We were checking out at 3.40am and they offered us coffee and croissants for our way to airport. All the amenities are around, including restaurants, shops etc. To reach the old town is only 20 minutes walk. Great stay at 55 Aira Hotel! I can highly recommend the place. Thanks

My stay at 55Aira hotel has been outstanding. Special mention to Giampiero, Jenny and all the hotel staff alike that made me feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Their cheerful and positive attitude is really catching. My stay in Palermo was exceptional also thanks to them!

1. Wifi in the room was faint 👎🏽 2. After taking a shower the bathroom was "under water" even with closed shower door 😬 ‼️ 3.‼️The worst "check in" I ever had 👎🏽👎🏽 After booking this hotel I was immediately on the way to the adress, which was 1 km away with more than 20 kg on my back. As i arrived, i found a paper on the door, that i need to go somewhere else, to another adress. I didn't have iternet so I got later the message on App about this, and of course not in English but in ‼️Italian‼️ 😳😬😵‍💫( sorry I didn't knew that as a tourist I need to speak all of the languages where I'm traveling 🤨) So 1 km back to the central station, with more than 20 kg on my back to find free Wi-Fi for searching the Hotel 55 (new adress), which was "Thank God🙏🏼" near the station and I was hosted there, because Hotel 38 was closed for renovation. ❓️❓️ So why it was bookable ❓️❓️🤷🏽‍♂️😏 FIRST CONTACT THEM (IF THEY ALREDY OPENED IT OR NOT) ... AND THAN GO TO THE HOTEL 38 🤸🏽

Like where the hotel was located, near to everything we wanted to do and see

The hotel was very plain and was a bit difficult to find. The rooms were very basic, for the price we paid it wasn't worth it. We were told breakfast was served between 7.30-10.30 got to the breakfast area at 9.45 and everything had been cleaned up. The staff did provide us with a coffee and croissant.

We liked Nothing, literally.

I usually don’t take the trouble of writing reviews, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had in my life. To make this short, the rooms are filled with mold, they are dirty, the floor is filled with hair, bugs, smells like cigarettes, the floor is in terrible conditions and rooms have humidity. The problem isn’t even that I didn’t like the room, the problem is that these rooms are a health hazard. Top of that the owner is aggressive. If anyone reads this, by any means DON’T stay here, I’m sure you can find something MUCH better anywhere else in Palermo.

The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast with eggs, ham , cheeses. Good selection of breads and cake The Staff were very kind and warm The location is brillant. You can see the fountain of shame from the breakfast room. Also lovely high celing with old fresco

Was given a room that was not suitable at first. The manager changed it for us within minutes after my husband complained Got an upgrade to a room with a balcony which looked out onto the city

Location, basic amenities are okay

Shower is not working well (low pressure), capucinno was bad

I have mixed feelings about it. We been booked in Aira 38, however when we reached hotel we been only informed at front desk it's overbooked and they are not able to accommodate us. They offered to stay at their other place Aira 55, which is next to train station, but further to attractions we been interested. Unfortunately we haven't received any info upfront neither via phone or booking or email, although front desk claims they try to reach. When walking to other hotel (Aira 55) and check-in there - it looked like not totally place was cleaned before, towels were missing and a bit dirt/mold on the wall. Also not very best customer service at front desk - perhaps we just been super unlucky, but not something you wanna experience after whole day traveling and arriving in the evening

It's for Aira 55 as they moved us there due to overbooking - lack of information about the change upfront ( no one contacted us), room was not cleaned, no towels given and dirt/mold on the whole

The location is good and very close to the city center. No much options for breakfast

The electricity was off for at least 3 hours

Just in the city, around the best places, walking distance 10min to everywere.

The property had losted that they have parlinf, but they did not have a peivate parling. Only on the street. pf course the parking spots wre all ocupied.
